I called the dealership asking about a car I had seen on Edmunds and got in touch with Randy Fojas. Right away we were able to make a deal, and as I was driving nearly four hours I wanted to be sure everything was in place for an out-the -door price. Randy made it happen very quickly. When I arrived he was waiting for me with the car ready to go, and in a few minutes I had the car on a trailer and was driving back home. The car was in great shape--better than I anticipated and Randy sent me off with waters for myself and my dog. Great experience overall! highly recommend Findlay Honda Spokane.
This is now Findlay Honda Spokane. This review if for their service department, not their sales. I got an oil change here and they did not correctly replace my engine splash shield, causing it to come loose and scrape on the ground. This forced me to cancel a day trip I had planned to Tri-Cities for my grandpa's funeral 40 minutes into my drive. I took it back in as soon as I could, and I was charged to fix it, despite the problem being caused by their lack of follow through. I was quoted 'an hour' for it to be fixed, so I took an Uber home. I waited for 3 hours for my oil change so I did not trust their judgement that it was only going to be one hour, and it was a workday. I was home for 3 minutes before they called and said it was fixed and I could come back. I wasted $60 here today to waste my time and to re-pay for work they messed up, including the Uber there and back, although they have complimentary Uber and Lyft rides that I was never offered. If they have any customer service they will reimburse me for the money I wasted today at their facility.
If I could rate this dealership lower, I would. I know this is my experience, but staff was very rude and dismissive. Especially a supervisor named Brian. He seemed to not care about customer service at all. Never will I get back there.
Could not have been worse. They damaged my car. I flew across the country on a Saturday to pick it up and they would not leave it outside for me to pick up even though it was all warranty. Awful awful awful. They wanted me to wait until the following week to pick up.
Experience was very good. Very helpful people., walked us through the process and very accommodating.
The sales people are extremely excellent on finding a good reliable car. And what I wanted And the cost of the vehicle
