When the engine blew in my truck, I had it towed to Bayird West Plains. Since I live 11 hours away, I figured I would trade it in on a new truck. After negotiations and agreeing upon a price, all that was left was to fill out the paperwork. When they came back, they informed me that the price was going to be $2,000 more than what we had agreed to. These guys were really trying to take advantage of a guy that was broke down a long way from home trying to get home for Christmas. I have tried to talk to the GM on many occasions but he refuses to take my calls or even respond by email. Beware of doing business with these guys.

My purchasing experience was a no hassle no problem , professional transaction . I walked in , picked out the vehicle I wanted , made my offer , friendly little haggling , we agreed , 20 minutes later ( not two hours later ) down the road I went with my new purchase . Mark was very helpful as a salesman! Would recommend him over and over again! The whole process was over all pretty easy. All the staff were helpful and kind.
