Bought a chef Captive Sport (2012)in (2022) I made payments for almost four years paid car off besides payments (of $440.00)month they had the car trying to fix what was killing the battery said it was fixed wrong took back to them four times each time said it was fixed wrong during this time while paying payments spent additional (3000 dollars)on stuff they should have fixed )car is paid off and is just setting want start because battery is dead (six batteries but in car in three years cause of problem alternator is problem they said alternator was showing fine this was was the problem all along they refused to fix because it was showing good false reading now I have agar paid off and will not run until I get money together to fix I have maxed out all my cards on this car car will have to set until I can get the money to fix owner will not help Chris very rude to talk too Jen in service dept tried to help not much help buy from them at your own risk u may have good luck but if like me ur on your own good luck Joseph Davis ps I think they should send me a check for a reasonable amount to get things fixed their other that they should have fixed Ian 79 years old and they took advantage of me my health is not good and they have made it worse please do the Christian thing and help me

Elizabeth was great , she was the one I interacted with mostly through the phone but was always very very kind. This dealership is honestly a joke in my opinion , I was sold a messed up car and when I asked about trading it I was told that they would send me pictures of the car and then never did. I also asked if I could come return the car as I hadn’t even had it for 24 hours and it was already giving me issues. I had made an appointment to get it fixed but was told I had to wait then all of a sudden they could see me. I ended up having to fix the car myself as it wouldn’t start and I was risking driving an hour and a half away to be stranded on the side of the road. When I asked about being reimbursed for the money I spent from them selling me a messed up car I was told no which is crazy to me. I test drove it and everything was fine it wasn’t until I was on my way home then it started giving me issues. I definitely do not recommend this place as this has been a xxxxty experience for me and they clearly don’t care about their customers.
