Went there to research a vehicle for purchase. Was EXTREMELY clear with the salesman (who was awesome by the way) that I was still shopping and trying to figure things out. The manager Chad Confer was an absolute jerk. He yelled at me and then told me to get out of his dealership if I wasn't buying a vehicle TODAY so the salesman could get back out there and find someone who was buying. Chad treated us like complete and utter crap that he couldn't tolerate being on his property. DO NOT GO HERE.... Altoona has a ton of dealerships. Any one of them will treat you better than this place.
