This service visit was twofold. First, to test a battery not holding a charge. Second, to address the status of warranty coverage. Battery failed and was replaced in less than an hour as promised. Warranty has been updated. I thank Mike McDermott and Sam Upton for their handling of both concerns. I also thank and appreciate Sarah Kilby for monitoring the situation to its resolution.
