I’m active duty military, was recently living overseas and PCSd to the NC area. Moving is already stressful enough and with the supply vs. demand of what I’m looking for (RAV4s), time is of the absolute essence so I wanted to get the process started early. I had been contacting numerous dealers in NC and SC by phone and email to see who can offer the best deal on my particular specs. In that process, I was continually challenged with slow response times (and sometimes nonexistent responses altogether), incomplete/inaccurate information, and/or sometimes outride rudeness at basic inquiries from other employees, both in this dealership and countless others in the region, with the exception of Andre. Even though I didn’t buy a car with this dealership merely due to pricing, Andre was the most professional, respectful, and responsive dealer I’ve communicated with — in the entire region. I knew what I was asking for was rare/uncommon but I have insider insight and am more aware than the average customer of how both new and used vehicles are marked up…and even though this dealership was not able to come to my asking price — while some dealers have outright and quite rudely scoffed at such request — Andre kept it professional, as one should. Dealers across the country would benefit greatly to be mentored by Andre, as he is the epitome of what great customer service looks like — even when the deal doesn’t go through. I came in with an issue of o tire that seemd to have a leak. I had been putting air in it about one a week. Mr Danny was the person that helped me. He got me car in fast and the service department had me patched up very quick. Danny answered all my questions and concerns and was very helpful. He knows his stuff. I appreciate his time and help. I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota for any service issues.

Rashad Watters and Joel Williams salesmen, they really took very good care of me. They treated me with respect from the time I came in until I left with my 2026 Toyota Cam. I would recommend these guys to everyone that I know in the market for a car.

The service rep was very professional. He arranged for the mechanic to provide a video demonstrating his inspection and what work needed to be performed. The service representative, Chris matched an estimate from another car care service.

The service advisor was great and the entire check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Service was completed before the scheduled time.

Communication was great between service advisor and myself. Was worked in quickly when I had an emergent situation.
