Mario was forthright, responsive, and took the time to ensure I was taken care of. I contacted him on the phone from San Diego----we discussed what I was looking for--and he made sure that the vehicle and pricing were correct. I drove up the next morning to find that he already had the car in the wash bay to ensure it was being prepared from my drive away later that morning. I spent less than 2 complete hours from arrival, inspection of the car, paperwork signing, and Mario's assistance in ensuring my phone was synched before I drove back home. Definitely, a very positive experience.
