Be prepared to wait atleast 4 hours even with express pickup other then that good
The process of buying a car at Carmax is very easy. The sale and paperwork didn't take all day at other dealerships.
Carmax was very patient with me I got the car I wanted was a plus
I would have given 5 stars, max ruined the experience. Thankfully another sales person saved the deal. But everything was done quickly. Which I really did appreciate. Picked the car, test drove, did an express pick up. Done in 45 mins or less. I would shop here again. The car has been honestly awesome. I had a small issue with the visor. They are fixing it tomorrow for free.
I think I paid a little to much for the car per blue book but I needed it
We are very satisfied with our trade in. We love our Toyota Rav4 Hybrid 2023. Couldn't be more happy.
