From initial contact to driving my new Honda Prologue off the lot, the entire buying experience turned out to be excellent! There were bumps in the road, but those were because of another dealership involved in getting me the car I wanted and because I wanted a very specific color interior/exterior color combo. BUT, my sales specialist Veronica, supported by sales managers Tyler and Mark navigated the challenges very well, answered all of my questions, and stayed in very close communication. In the end, I am more than happy and consider this the best car buying expereince I have had in more than 40 years of buying cars.
