100 out of 10 stars!! I recently purchased a 26 BMW X1 from Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. I had a truly exceptional experience. I live 5 minutes away from a dealership in my city, but I was referred by a few people, so I took the 45 minute drive and it was worth it. Jack Yan was my advisor. He was kind, friendly, patient and so down-to-earth. If you are searching for a BMW, he is your go-to! Vadim Khazhinsky, the Financial Services Manager, has a great sense of humor and made his part of the transaction smooth and as painless as possible.
