I called to set and appointment for service and the gentleman tells me that my car may not be seen that day, then again why set an appointment? I thought an appointment is for you and your vehicle to be seen, this dealership is crazy, plus I’m coming from another town, terrible so I have to take off work and don’t know if I’m going to be seen. Then he said I can drop it off, how the xxxx I suppose to get to work and around? Y’all didn’t use to be like this what has happened
