JC Chuma, of the Sales Dept., was very professional and pleasant to deal with while purchasing our new car. He was very knowledgeable about our new car and was patient showing us how to operate all the bells and whistles! Lexus of Northboro is lucky to have him as an employee.

Customer service is one of my best favorite parts very friendly customers service and friendly environments nothings else to say about it.
I can't begin to rave enough about the customer care and service from this dealership. Michael Olsen has been unbelievable with me in every aspect of handling the service for my 2024 Lexus 500h. He is respectful and eager to handle any issue I have either big or small, he will text me to keep me updated on length of time or any parts ordered. I never wait long and always receive my vehicle back in perfect condition. He is an absolute asset to this Lexus dealership and he is the reason i will continue to drive out of my way to go to Lexus of Northborough for service and a future vehicle.
