I live in Oregon and purchaced my vehicle from Lithia of Roseburg,Or. Visit Denver often as my kids and grandkids are here. Lithia has done all my service including tires and batteries since '06' They are 'hands down', the best. The people here in Thorton are typical of all Lithia dealers,(proffesional and courtious) I feel that any vehicle one buys from Lithia dealers any where would be a satisfying experience. I am certianly buying my next from them!

I wish I had never walked into Lithia--after signing the papers for my brand new Tiguan on February 21st 2011--I have been nothing but dissapointed. I wish I had my old car back--it was a 2004 and spent less time in the shop than my BRAND NEW Tiguan, I am utterly disgusted with the quality of my new car, and the fact that things that have been fixed, are breaking again. The team at Lithia has had little consideration about the invonvenience this has caused me. Have not refunded me money when I was promised it. When I bring it to the shop to be fixed next i'd rather just leave it there. I can't explain the frustration of having a car in the shop all the time, especially when it's brand new. I have been told several times that they will contact me, and they never do--I am always the ones calling them to see how things are going, is this really good customer service? I am extremely dissapointed.

Lithia replaced my turbo and failed to put the required gasket back on causing a leak, they also damaged this oil return hose which a mechanic showed me. They refuse to reimburse me for this additional work that I had done by a former VW mechanic who pointed out their poor workmanship. Faulty workmanship on a recall caused my rear doorlatch to break and Lithia refused to reimburse me for this expense. I tried to work this out with the service manager then had to report them to the BBB and they ignored the BBB response. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

with only a month of purchasing a brand new vehicle zero miles , now iam with out a vehicle and dealer does not want to be responsible for engine replacement due to a bad service they did a week prior, i did report it to volkswagen directly but they couldnt cover it under warranty because damage was due to bad workmanship from this dealer .

Great to deal with regarding service issues, got me in and out extremely quickly. Have gone in there needing an emergency alignment and they did it within 2 hours (no appointment).
