What Others Say

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY FORGED MY SIGNATURE, LIED TO ME, DISMISSED MY CONCERNS, AND THREATENED ME WITH CREDIT DAMAGE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STAR I DEFINITELY WOULD!!! I purchased a vehicle from Antwerpen and was given a contract that outlined a monthly payment of $X and a specific interest rate. Everything was signed electronically, and I was provided a copy of the contract on a USB drive. Several weeks later, I received a letter from the bank stating that my monthly payment would be $XX—a higher amount than what I had agreed to—and that the interest rate had also changed. I immediately returned to the dealership and spoke with Shuvo, the finance manager who originally handled my deal (he has since left the company). He insisted that I had signed for $XX, but when I mentioned I would verify the contract saved on the USB, he didn’t appear concerned. Therefore, I gave him the benefit of the doubt because they (him and the salesman) had previously “helped” me get out of a bad deal from their Owings Mills location, which had sold me a defective vehicle (the car had engine problems and completely stopped on the road when I was driving) and has since closed. I had specifically requested that the terms of the previous deal carry over—but clearly, that did not happen. Feeling uneasy the day before my payment deadline, I finally opened the PDF file from the USB—and I was right. The contract I signed stated $X, not $XX. I contacted the dealership again and spoke with their new finance manager, Logan, who acknowledged there was a discrepancy but repeatedly called me “sweetie” and dismissed my concerns. She insisted that the dealership’s version of the contract reflected $XX and showed no interest in reviewing the copy they had provided me. When I explained that the USB file shows different terms, she brushed it off and informed me that returning the vehicle based on “my version” would be treated as a repossession and negatively impact my credit. I then escalated the issue to Antonio, a sales manager, who told me the terms of my bank approval were XX% interest and $XX/month—not what I had signed. When I explained that I had the original contract file, he admitted that “mistakes happen” and this was just one of them. The most alarming part came when I asked how the dealership submitted a different contract with my signature. Antonio admitted that Shuvo had copied and transferred my electronic signature onto a new version of the contract and submitted it to the bank—WITHOUT MY CONSENT. In other words, they FORGED MY SIGNATURE. THAT IS NOT A “mistake.” THAT IS SIMPLY FRAUD. I trusted this dealership AGAIN, even after a previous bad experience. I was referred by a family member who used to work there and genuinely believed they would do right by me. Instead, Antwerpen altered my contract, forged my signature, lied to me, dismissed my concerns, and threatened me with credit damage. This experience has been not only deeply disappointing but also unethical and potentially illegal. I strongly urge others to be cautious and take their business elsewhere.

I had a bad situation with another dealership. My salesman Gil n crew listened and made my day. Trust me, this is not your everyday dealership. Beyond caring.

I am very disappointed with your service. On October 3, 2024, I purchased two vehicles—a 2024 Altima and a 2024 Rogue—from your dealership. The next day, I discovered that both vehicles were missing wheel locks, and the Rogue was also missing a rear cargo cover. I promptly contacted the salesperson, Collin, who sold me these vehicles, to report the issues. However, he has been making various excuses to delay addressing my concerns. I simply want to receive what I paid for, as the wheel locks and the rear cargo cover are supposed to be included with both the Rogue and the Altima. Last Wednesday, Oct 9, 2024, Collin informed me that he was ordering the rear cargo cover for my Rogue, which he said would arrive within a couple of days. He also mentioned that he had scheduled an appointment to have the wheel locks installed on both of my vehicles. However, I have been waiting for an update, and despite texting Collin 3 or 4 hours ago, I have received no response. This situation has been very frustrating for me, and I simply need to receive what I paid for.

Was promised a deal. Had check in my hand. Rearranged plans and drove over an hour. Was told they couldn’t do the deal and they didn’t even have the car!! Worst experience ever!
