Used Car Buyer Beware: I purchased a used Cadillac SRX and the main Que Screen was malfunctioning when we drove it off the lot. I Googled a few things and reset it but it still was not working. Apple wanted $1500.00 because by the time i could get off work and drive back my 30 days warranty expired! I ended up going to Ren Kirby Inn Gettysburg and there price was $1010.00 (50% less!). Lastly: My transmission went out after the warranty ended too. That is another $7500.00. I was told they check the transmission fluid but doubt it because of the metal shaving found! My $18k vehicle is now $26,500.00 and it's still in the shop for over a month and i only had the vehicle 6 months. I declined the extended service contract and was told this was my decision which it was. Nevertheless, the Carfax report showed nothing and the Apple checklist showed nothing of concern so it was sold as a great vehicle but it's a money pit and i highly suggest you be very careful buying a used vehicle from Apple without having an outside mechanic review what they don't.

My son bought a Jeep Wrangler, 2014, low miles. He was practically forced to purchase a warranty on it. Within a month, he had issues with the Jeep running hot, lights coming on and he took it to the Apple Chevrolet to get it looked at, each time was told no issues. He was told his warranty only was for their dealership. The mechanic told my son, to continue driving it, the thermostat is sticking, would not hurt it. Well it did litterly run hot and blow the engine, the warranty says not there problem, there was sludge in engine wasn't taken care of. Dealership said, we never said anything like that. Meanwhile my son has no car and carpayments. Apple Chevrolet are crooks, avoid buying cars from them, device is a joke, management is even worse

As of now completely dissatisfied. I was swindled and taken advantage of. And the attitude was friendly. Til I picked a 6000 dollar car to pay off in cash rather than finance which it was admitted pays higher commissions. Go figure. Anyways. The manager has been somewhat decent but I feel like if I spent more money there would be urgency and respect. Back story: Bought a car from a salesman who I will not name yet cuz I do like to try to give them benefit of the doubt. But I have a lot of doubt right now. Anyways. Bought a car. Clean. Lower miles. Still used and older. Was assured it was sound. It had a fresh inspection done by them. This was 2 days ago. As of yesterday it was in the shop. Transmission issue. Anyways. At first after I sat on the highway in the heat sales guy says we MIGHT be able to help. Anyways hours later and phone call to management i finally got them to tow it. But service was out so now im waitinf today. There is no updates unless I ask. I cancelled plans. I have to pull teeth but yet they were blowing up my phone before I brought them 8000 in cash. U can see the idgaf. They made me feel like total crap. Swindled me. Took ALL of my savings in the pandemic and do not care cuz i couldn't finance and they couldn't make a bunch of money off me. More side notes. Waited an extra hour for a detail Hahahahaha trash all over the car from the previous owner. I paid sticker price after asking for a discount or some kinda warranty. I got a month of free car washes at a car wash 30 mins drive. Asked for a full tank of gas. He said not even gonna cuz its almost full Idc i want full! Didnt get it He put 1 screw on the license plate it almost fell off. Completely treated like a bum. And now im broke and no car and stuck and like i just wanted to get ahead. Im 30 years old and so far behind in life and times are tough and I finally saved and got something I really wanted and now look im a xxxx full They stole my money and my dignity. I hate myself now. Plz dont go here. Faulkner or turner treat u better. Used cars? Brock at one stop auto takes care of ppl. Check out the shops on the carlise pike. They're all friendly and take care of u and respect u and ur money.

Tried to deal with them we are less than 300.00 dollar away from the deal and I said no deal sale person is very rude to me after I said no deal will not go back at all

Apple’s service department is top of the line. They did a phenomenal job with the repair on my Escalade. I highly recommend there service department!
