I purchased a used vehicle last week and found a screw in my tire a day later resulting in having to replace the tire. I called the salesman and he said he would take care of it but when calling to setup the service apt no one knew what I was talking about and l I was told I needed to pay for the tire. Right before I drove the vehicle off the lot service needed to recalibrate the PSI in my tire pressure gage and the tire with the nail was low.

Luke was very personable and willing to take time with me while deciding on my purchase. He pays great attention to detail and made me feel welcome at Wally’s.

Todd and the whole service crew are great! I walked in hoping to get a oil change and inspection. He got me in within 2 hrs of the time I stopped. since I did not have an appointment I was fine with that. they had my car done in less than an hour and I was on my way again. I bought my 2022 Edge from Wally's and love it!

They are very easy to work with. Was treated with great respect and accommodation to my needs. Especially appreciated the pickup and delivery service as I am elderly and pretty much house bound because of my disabilities. Look forward to working with them in the future.
