The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The work was complete quicker than expected.
Christian Diaz always attends to the needs of my vehicle so that I can stay on the road safely. I’m a busy Mom it’s important to be. On the road safe with my kids and Family and he make sure I am in good running order.
Great service provided me a ride home and also provided me a ride to pick up my vehicle customer service was excellent. Also I had several things looked at and my vehicle still managed to be ready in less than 24 hours. Carlos really did a great job in providing me service

Awesome! Neisha in service was great! They fixed my car while I wanted and even did it on a Saturday!!
1. Mario in the Service Department did an amazing job. He got my car off a car hauler after crawling in the window late on a Saturday afternoon. He got me a rental early on Monday and communicated effectively the status of my car being ready and what was done. 2. I’m disappointed in the Service Department giving the car back to me with every tire low and poor oil pressure. However, I do appreciate them addressing the numerous electrical code issues identified. 3. I am angry at Chevrolet for manufacturing a new Traverse that continues to have serious lemon status issues. I have a 2024 Traverse with 2600 miles and it has had to be towed into the Service Center twice. After it was unloaded this time, a couple with a 2026 Traverse came up to us and asked us what we were there for. Their Traverse went into limp mode as they were driving as well. SOOOO, Chevrolet has NOT fixed this serious issue yet.
