Blake is a great salesman he was thorough in showing us the features and made sure we could operate them
This will probably be my last American car I purchase, especially from this dealer. When I bought the car, I questioned the low mileage. Given a story that their customers love dealing with them. Thank goodness I purchased extended warranty. 2015 Buick Encore, lemon. It took 5 weeks to get my car back, warranty company would not do the repairs recommended by the dealer, and only authorized the minimum. Two weeks later, check engine light is back on.
Poor representation and non- facts told about the 2024 RAM truck sold to us. Was told there were many options, all available and included in computer system, this is not true. Not sure if it was malice deception or just misinformed sales people. When we called them they said we bought a used truck As is! Further, they gave us two key FOBs but one was in envelope and when we got home it was not the FOD for the vehicle we bought. There had been effort by this dealer to make us whole. Very poor!!! Do not go there.
I called to make an appointment with a sales person to look at a truck that I had found on line. I spoke to David by phone and he answered my questions. He made time for the appointment time I asked for. He was courteous, patient, knowledgeable. The finance manager Josef, tried to sell me on additional warranties, but did correct the contract when I noticed the OTD amount was more than the agreed price. Thorough to details. The support staff were helpful, courteous also. All in all, what I expected.
After calling and making an appointment to see the car I had found on line and receiving two calls to verify that I was coming, I was introduced to Caleb . He was very professional and courteous. But when he went to get the key for the car he found out that someone had taken it to run errands. 45 minutes later they returned with the car. After test driving it and looking it over, I purchased the car.upon further inspection when I got home I discovered a hole in the middle of the front grille. This had not been disclosed by anyone at the dealership prior to my purchase. Now the said sorry the car was sold as is. We’re talking about 1500 dollar repair. I would never do business here again.
They advertise a price and then added 3000 when we showed up to purchase. They have a D- from the Better Business Bureau— this is probably why. Beware and find another dealer to do business with. I have never experienced this in all my years of buying cars.
