Randy, Josh & the staff in the service department were exceptional. My vehicle needed a specific technical part that was going to take a while to get delivered. Randy loaned us, at no expense to us, an upgraded vehicle until our vehicle was repaired. He also has called us with an update on the status of the expected delivery of specific part. I'm afraid to add air to my tires so I went to MBN and air was added to my tires and also a new rear windshield wiper was installed for me all free of charge. A few days later, I had to bring my car back because three of my tires registered 33 psi and the rear passenger registered 22 psi. The same young man helped me again and checked my tire and found a nail in it. He fixed the tire added air and again did not charge me. My husband and I are on a fixed income and we were so grateful.

I walked in for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. I was done in an hour.
