Excellent Service! They worked on my 2025 Thor Motor Home for Steering Wheel Adjustment, and did a great job!

I came into the dealership on Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville? Fl yesterday I did buy my car there. I thought I had done something terrible to the bottom of my car. They took me in right away and assured me everything was ok. They then washed the car. What great service. This is the 4th car I have purchased there. I will come back again. Thanks to my customer service rep and hoods team.

We went in to get oil change and Transmission Flush. First called spoke with Jennifer. She listen to what we requested to have done. Soon as we spoke we knew she would put info into system correctly. Up front a price. Then we arrived for the service greeted by Jessica. She did read back the services that we requested. Then she informed us about two recalls. All was completed. Jessica did come out to us in waiting room it would be about 15 more minutes. Which we appreciated. Best yet the price that was given was the price we paid. Happy to say they have our business.
