Once I finally made up my mind between a Crosstrek and a Forester, purchasing my 2026 Hybrid Forester was painless and easy. The dealership and sales staff were patient, low pressure, informative and extremely helpful. Erik took his time to explain all of the technology (my previous car was a 2009 Forester, also purchased at Mike Shaw). Mike Shaw also has a tech specialist on hand to meet one-on-one with customers about 2 weeks after the purchase to answer any questions about the technology and features.
