I have all good things to say about my experience at Morristown Chevrolet. First, my salesperson David Proffitt came out to meet us in the parking lot in the drizzle, something the other Chevy dealer in Knoxville didn't do. To me, that's putting the customer's needs above your personal comfort. Before I even got out of the car, Spencer was on the phone with Dave wanting to know if I was trading in my car, something I had not planned on. In the end he worked a deal I was very happy with. Another plus is they did not drill unnecessary holes in the front bumper for the license plate mount. Again the big dealer in Knoxville told me it was corporate policy to do this. That's a deal breaker for me. We had not planned on buying a vehicle that day but Dave and Spencer worked with us to make it happen. In all, I would recommend Morristown Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They put us first in the buying process and made it a great experience. Thanks Dave and Spencer.

Just go look at paper work on how I was treated got wrong vehicle transferred and then had to get another one transferred poor sales department enough the saga
