His level of communication is well beyond anything I've experienced with any prior car buying experiences. Always available both prior and even after my purchase. Highly recommended! There was initially some disagreement with one of the sales managers over the value of my trade-in, requiring some back and forth negotiation, but after some time we were able to come to a fair agreement. Overall very pleased with my experience.
