NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE - I just purchased my fourth (4th) Mini Cooper for Checkered Flag Mini of Virginia Beach. As you can see I continue to bring my business to one dealership. There are good reasons for my loyalty. One: The Customer Service is the best in the business. This trip I had Vicki Sexton as my Sales person. She was marvelous. She took me around to the see the inventory at the dealership, but nothing peaked my interest. Without missing a beat she sat me down and pulled up her computer. She sat with me through the process of building my new 2024 Mini Cooper Countryman S ALL4 from scratch. I had been car shopping for over a month and I was tired of being pushed in all different directions. I spent the entire day with Will while we drove all over to look at the numerous cars I wanted to check out. And he never seemed to mind. He even bought me lunch! I can say with great satisfaction that the overall experience was outstanding. I am greatly appreciative for all his help and for my new car. I can't say enough great things about Corie Sanderson and the staff at Checkered Flag! I was looking for a specific vehicle, a somewhat rare combination of specs. Checkered flag had a vehicle that matched my needs, but is over 3 hours from where I live-- so I needed to be reasonably confident that a purchase could happen and it wouldn't be a wasted trip. Corie went above and beyond what I would have expected from most dealers to assist me! She answered all my email questions quickly and in detail, providing pictures and videos of the interior and exterior. Once I arrived, every employee I encountered was friendly, personable and accomodating. The purchase was smooth and quick and I was able to get my new vehicle on the road for the long drive home! Thanks also to Gabriella for teaching my old self all the new, high-tech features of the vehicle and to Jimmy Anderson for assisting with any warranty and service concerns I may have had. It was a bit of a risk traveling that far for a vehicle I had not yet test driven or seen in person, but it was well worth it!
