No complaints about the service advisor. I brought in my 2019 Ford Edge SEL for transmission fluid change, drain and fill. The invoice shows the refilled transmission fluid is XT-10-QLVC. The owner manual says XT-12-QULV, from page 353: "Automatic transmissions that require MERCON ULV transmission fluid should only use MERCON ULV transmission fluid. The use of any other fluid may cause transmission damage." I need the service manager to explain this situation. Transmission fluid XT-10-QLVC is MERCON LV and XT-12-QULV is MERCON ULV.

Prompt efficient service. Also they checked for any work that should be done. And did a multipoint check. Also corrected a problem with the fuel system that I did not know about.

My service person Maria was very helpful and informative. She did her best to accommodate my request.
