THEY DAMAGED THE RIMS ON MY TRUCK INSTALLING NEW TIRES & WILL NOT STEP UP TO FIX THEM.

We were on a trip & needed four tires replaced. It took them three hours to change the tires, the tech was on top of the tire machine trying to remout the tires. He ending up needing help from another tech to mount the new tires. The tech ending up dropping the tool he was using a lot. My truck was dirty because of the camp ground we were in plus all the rail from a storm. I did not notice that all four rims had dents & dings on them. When we got back home I washed the truck only to find the damage to the rims. The dealer told me after almost a month later ,that the damage was pre existing. This was still the original set of tires on the truck,non of the tires have every been off the rims. Stay away from this dealer, I tried contacting Ram & there answer was work it out with the dealer. Now I'm going to be out $745.50 to have the rims fixed.

BWEARE!! The service department at this dealership is ripping off people. Especially woman and Spanish people. There’s has been multiple complaints of them stealing and also charging for services not needed or services that were never done.
