My Review of bob ridings :
I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership, ranging from cars to trucks to suv's. Each time my experience was excellent (thats why I keep going back). Each purchase was a Ford and any time there was the littlest issue they were all over it. One time we even ordered a vehicle from the factory which took 6 weeks to get. One other time they had to go to Indiana to get the vehicle I wanted from another dealer. Simply put they have always bent over backwards to do business with me. Having said that, its not because they make a ton of money off of me. I shop around and usually offer two dealerships a shot at making the best price on the new vehicle and on the trade. The sales manager at Bob Ridings has always made sure they smoked the competitions numbers.

My Review of bob ridings :
seems that these people can't return phone calls or show common courtesy at all,i suppose that unless you have 40k to spend they dont care about you,4 times we tried to by a car from these people and 4 times they didnt even bother to return calls.we thought maybe it was a credit problem,yet we went to another dealer in a nearby city and got a brand new p.t cruiser at a really good 1.6% interst rate,tried for a used car ,3 seperate times at b ridings ,same result,we just cant figure it out!!!
