I purchased a 2006 750LI in March 2008 and received a state-of-the-art service from Paris and his team. He was able to provide me with an unbeatable rate from the bank, one that I could not match given my strong banking relationship and excellent credit standing with my lender. The were friendly, courtious and provided me with an over all Excellent experience. On my subsequent visit I received an excellent customer service from Hamidd, their service manager. He was also knowledgeable, courteous, and kind.
I recommend California Beemers since i have experienced their dedication in service and customer retention and as someone who also interacts with customers on daily basis, i believe their model of service should be used as an example for ALL car dealers!!! Great job guys and thank you again. Alexx

I went in a few days ago looking for bmws, I wasnt sure exactly which kind of bmw I wanted to purchase, but I had heard from one of my sisters friends that they had low prices and a wide inventory. After searching the internet I found out that they were the largest pre-owned bmw dealership. I called made an appointment with a salesperson named shawn and went in on a sunday morning. They seemed buisy but still concerned to take care of me. I had read a few of the other reviews before my experience, I decided to check out their dealership. I found it a pleasant experience all in all.. The staff was friendly, the environment was very professional, and they are a very large dealership,which made me feel comfortable knowing that I am making a purchase from a franchise like bmw dealership. I purchased a 325i, and saved probably around four thousand dollars. So I guess you could say that everything worked out great for me. I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a preowned bmw and wants to buy with confidence.

I was looking to buy a late model low millage bmw on line,and found california beemers.They carry about 90 bmw there.I was in a market for a 7 series and they had 14 of them.The price was gooddddddd,rate was low and i was out of there in one hour.They are good.I will be back in 3 years.

California Beemers gave me a 745i at a great price and made me feel good each time I visited their location. I drove several BMW models before I settled on the 745i I was very pleased with their services, I checked out the car with my mechanic before I bought it and found that I bought a very clean car at below market prices. I would recommend that you buy your BMW at California Beemers.

I purchased a car there and made the terrible mistake of leaving there for a few days so that they could detail the car. When I went to pick it up the was not detailed or washed. I had to wait for them to get it ready. They broke one of the mirrors and refused to fix it. I spent nearly 30k for a car and they refused to pay for the damage they did. I will never go there again and suggest that you do not as well. I have read several review of this car dealer and encourage you to stay away from them.

I went there to look at bmw's because of their low prices. If the cars looked in good shape I was interested in buying with cash which I could have done that day. After about an hour of looking at various cars on the lot I asked if I could test drive 2 of them. The sales person said I had to fill out a lengthy credit application before I could test drive anything and then proceeded to bring in the floor manager who was extremely rude and refused to let me test drive multiple cars. He said I either knew what car I wanted or I was wasting their time. He accused me of not being a serious buyer and challenged my ability to pay. We walked out because he was so terrible. He lost two customers forever who were willing to walk out with a car that day paid in cash. I would never go here again nor should anyone else.
