My mother and I visited Friendly Chevrolet a couple weeks ago. We both enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, we don't know how to wheel and deal as good as some people, but we are not complaining. We ended up with the car we wanted and everyone was very helpful. I have already given Vicktor's name to someone.

I came into your store after going to Jet Chevy in Federal Way because I prefer a Chevy but they did not have what I was looking for. When I walked into your store everyone seemed friendly and Victor was to be my salesperson...he was very nice, I told him I was looking for a small truck and I only had $6000 to $8000 to spend and that I needed the truck yesterday.....he showed me all that he had but there was not a small truck in my my price range.....I thanked him for his effort and kept his card. I went down the street and found a 1998 Ford Ranger that fit my needs. While I was test driving the truck Victor had already called Koruam to try to find one for me. To me he was totally "on the ball". I will go back to Friendly Chevy when I buy another auto and I will ask for Victor, I believe he is not only a good person but a valuable employee for your company. Being a single woman, buying a truck for a large company was a dreaded chore, I know little or nothing about trucks and just buying a car is stressful, but I was very comfortable with Victor. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a auto.

This is the BEST dealership I have ever been to. I have bought 3 vehicles in the past and never have been treated this well. I was very impressed with how kind Vicktor was and still is. He never pressured the sale at all, I wasn't even expecting to come home with a new car that day. The staff was all very friendly and made the experience wonderful. They were all very knowledgeable. I have already been telling all my friends and family about Friendly Chevrolet in Puyallup and plan to tell anyone who wants a vehicle to go to your dealership because I cannot say enough about it. I am so happy I drove thru the lot that day and met Vicktor. He is a great asset to your team. I also want to thank Joe in finance department he explains everything so well and made all the paperwork go so smoothly. I had a great experience. I had a target price per month and a certain type of vehicle I wanted and both were met. I have recieved unprecidented follow-up phone calls, which is greatly appreciated. I have strongly recommended this dealership to a few people who may be in the market for a new vehicle. I was a devoted Toyota owner, however a Toyota dealership could not...or would not, put me in the vehicle I wanted at my target price, Victor did so without a problem. When I give this vehicle to my grandson, I'll be back.

From walking on to the car lot to financing, they couldn't do enough for me and my wife. This was the most positive experience I've ever had.
