My Review of hagerstown honda:
I recently visited hagerstown honda because I was shopping for a car for my son who was turning 16. I stopped to get a price for a civic, told them I was shopping! I went back 3 days later and they would not honor there quote there exact words were "you missed out we were having a fast start sale!" I gladly took my business else where to a near by pennsylvania dealer that honored there quote that I had gotten with NO questions. I would not recommend Hagerstown Honda to any one not even my dog! The worst customer service I have ever recieved in nearly 30 years of car buying. The finance guy that tried to come close the deal so to speak (jeff knepper) was a joke. I will be sure to tell all of my horrible experience. Oh and one more thing I live in Hagerstown.
