My Review of Holloway Mercedes-Benz:
the service writer matt obviosly lied to me about what the mechanic did. when i spoke with the mechanic i was confident he told me the truth. the repair process was great but i do not like being lied to by some one who is suposed to be honest and tell me the root problem with my car. the other problem i found was when i told the service manager the service writer lied to me he told me his son would never lie to a customer. i find it strange that the owner allows his service manager to employ his son as the assistant service manager. good experience with the repair but poor communication and service from the advisor matt.
