Had a wonderful experience, best ever buying a car. Visited the dealership several times looking at the A3. The salesperson, Joe, couldn't be the opposite stereotype of the typical car salesman. Genuine, straightforward, no BS. Wonderful person. I'm writing this, because just purchased a new BMW and thought back about how I wish I had dealt with someone like Joe. He told us at the beginning that he would not lie or try to mislead us in any way. Some of the answers to our questions were not what we wanted to hear, but knowing that he was going to give it to us straight was important.
