My Review of Rosen Honda:
When I purchase the car, I couldnt be more happier with the attention and the era of this establishment, however once you sign on the dotted line you know longer exist. The financal advisor was very educated and presented a SLICK script when you arrive to his office for the final stages of buying your car, but once you sign on the dotted line, he is no longer available. After 30 days, I recieved the final contract via mail and found a $1000 discrepancy, I called the financial on 10/28 after being hung up on 3 times and then on hold for 20 minutes, the financial advisor stated that he was busy(probably deceiving another customer) he promised to call me back the following Monday. After waiting two weeks I contacted the sales rep to confirmed the price we had agreed on and he too confirmed that there was a discrepancy. Sales Rep promised to follow up and as of today 12/06, I have not recieved a returned phone call. Buyers, this dealership is not about YOU or caring for your needs after purchasing a car. its about milking you dry with all the perks and additonal fees; God forbid you decide to contact the dealership with a concern; you will likely be place on hold for a long period of time, then transferred to a voice mail and to add more injury to the wound, you will unlikely recieve a return phone call. Before purchasing a car, I too was impressed with the great reviews listed on this site, but its not all true. I do not recommend this establishment if you expect excellent customer service after purchasing a car. Buyers beware; these are wolves dressed in sheep clothing.

My Review of Rosen Honda:
This was by far the best sales experience my husband and I have ever had. Rosen not only gave us an excellent deal on our 2006 CR-V SE but they also gave us more than we expected on our trade-in as well as a deep discount on "The Protector" internal seat and external corrosion protection. When I arrived at Rosen for the second test drive, Anthony took the time to show me how the VSA and traction control worked on a snow and ice covered gravel parking area. He explained that if I am going to own the vehicle then I should become comfortable and familiar with all of it's functions.
I would highly recommend that you drive as far as necessary to do business with this dealership. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Rosen and Mr. Castello as this has now made us new and very loyal Honda owners.

It was a pleasure doing business with Rosen Honda. I am pleased<br>with my purchase of a Honda Accord. I drove 52 miles from my home <br>to purchase from Rosen. I did not feel confortable with the Honda<br>dealer 10 miles from my home in Elmhurst il. Chris &amp; Tom were GREAT to work with. They really surprised me when I saw the <br>accessories installed on my car the same day. This is a very<br>honest dealer. I was talking about them to every one at work on<br>monday.
