My Review of sansone rte 1 automall:
Like the reviewer above, received an email for $1200 off MSRP for a Toyota Prius, Sales Manager did not honor it and kept apologizing that everything on the written email was false and would not honor it. I left and called Toyota headquarters and complained about their service and how they handle customers. That is why if anyone emails them about price quotes they will never give them over email or the phone. Will never ever do business with this dealer again.

My Review of sansone rte 1 automall:
bait and switch tactic used. had a deal via e-mail whch was confirmed by telephone call. terms were specific as far as out the door price of new vehicle and trade in value for current vehicle as well as financing terms. phone call was made by them accepting offer but when i got there no one knew about my proposal and did not want to accept a copy of the e-mail that i sent and brought with me. wasted hrs of valuable time. spoke to sales manager at a different date and did not want to hear about tactic used and tried to sell me a vehicle over the phone at a much higher rate.
