My Review of sterling acura of austin:
I dropped off my vehicle with the service guys and 1) the loaner car I was promised was not available 2) took almost an hour for a courtesy shuttle to arrive to take me back to my office 3) I was not called during the day to let me know my car would not be ready that day (even after telling me that it would be that mornong when) 4) the shuttle does not run after 4pm (leaving me stranded at my office) 5) I had a 30,000 mile service done when I finally got the car back the following day the oil was overfilled, the transmission fluid was low, they did not fill my washer fluid, and even though they washed the car it still had dirty streaks all over it - especially the wheels. This is a nice facility and has a friendly staff but I recommend that you avoid it .
