Gansters and Crooks STAY AWAY!!!!

I took my van in after changing plugs. Told service one was misfiring. I picked it up later that day and was charged $96 to regap plug # 3. After asking to see the manager I was told by the man with glasses that he dosen't answer to anyone but GOD himself as he was the owner. I was going to buy a NEW Caravan. I'll NEVER BUY A DODGE again after the heavy handed tatics of the owner and his sales staff!
