My Review of wescott mazda:
I purchased a Mazda 3 from Westcott Mazda in National City CA and I have to say I love the car. The dealer is another story. When I was purchasing the car I asked if the cd changer plays MP3 CD’s, and the sales lady checked with her boss and came back and said it does. I made a point of asking this because the tunes are very important to me and I made sure to ask several times. When I had the chance to burn some mp3 cd’s, I did and then tested the stereo and it did not play them. I went back to the dealer and had them check to see if it was damaged or if it even had an mp3 cd changer and it did not. The dealer said if I wanted that, it would cost me and extra 542.00. The sales lady even said she told me that and they still would not change my system. I wanted to speak to the manager and instead they sent out a rather large sales man to play the heavy, and he said that I would have to either live with what was in the car or I could pay to upgrade the system. Their own sales people said that they misinformed me and yet they offered to do nothing to fix the problem. They lied to me to sell me a car. Then they used intimidation to get me off the lot.
