My name is Phil and I recently went to Allen Mello Chrysler in Nashua, NH to look for a car for my 16 year old son. I wanted a car that was used, low-mileage, sporty looking, fully featured with all-wheel drive. As soon as I pulled into the dealership and got out of my car, I was greeted by Jim Kacavas, the General Manager, who was standing outside the front door. After a very warm and extremely professional greeting, he introduced me to one of his salesman, Andrew Davis. I was immediately impressed with Andrew because of his professional demeanor and his approach to asking what kind of car that I was looking for. After letting him know my requirements, he took the time to walk me through the car lot and point out the various cars that met my requirements. I was most impressed with a blue 2016 Chrysler 200s. Andrew was perceptive enough to recognize that this was an important decision for me and given the fact that my son’s life would be dependent on safe transportation, Andrew took the time to answer all the many questions that I had about the car. Andrew let me test drive the car until I was completely satisfied. There was a short punch list of some very minor issues that needed correction, but Andrew took note and his customer service team fixed the issues quickly. So, I bought the car. I must say that the 2016 Chrysler 200s is a shockingly awesome car! In my opinion, it drives as well as any BMW 3-Series. Needless to say, I’m extremely happy with my purchase, but I digress…back to Andrew…what Andrew didn’t know was that I had been a executive level salesman for over 30 years and, in a former life, I built engines for a drag racing team based in Ohio. So I know something about sales and cars. I’m very pleased to say that all of Andrew’s answers to my questions were professional, on point and accurate. So, if you are looking for a great car, I strongly recommend that you check out the great folks at Allen Mello Chrysler, especially Jim and Andrew! In case you were wondering…yes…my son absolutely loves the car!!!
Service experience Poor,Over Price,Over Promise & under deli - defectivedetective01
I went to 'Mopar' Web site & was offered and printed a coupon for major service & repair. despite my prefered dealer being properly set to Dan's the coupon referenced another dealer from the same Mopar site. Service refused to honor the coupon and overcharged (flat-rate) for repair and the repair failed withing days. Also asked for a wash was told OK and then nothing but excuses and no wash to follow. 3-times with this experience. I'm done with this seriously lacking service experience and the complete lack of reguard and committment to customer service. Buyer Beware....!

Purchased a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in June. I was recommended to this dealership through my best friend and family. I knew going into the process which car I wanted on the lot. I visited this dealership mid afternoon and by late afternoon, got the bank check and was signing the paperwork! Dan and Derek from Harr Toyota helped me in the buying process and AJ from the Harr Jeep dealer finished the process. I opted to have some accessories added to the vehicle and they made this process super easy with a complimentary loaner!
I deal with consumers in a daily basis and was very happy with how I was treated. I prefer up front facts and that's exactly what I got. If you want a good deal from good people, then Harr is the place for you.

Me and my wife purchased a 2006 crysler pacifica from this dealership, at 26,000 miles we brought in for engine this was a thursday Friday the called and said it would be done monday I was going away for weekend and my wife needed to transport my children so I asked if they could supply us with a car and they said no but come to find out after an hour they said we had extended warranty and they would cover a car until car was done maximum $35 a day monday came and we called and they said maybe tuesday then they called and said it needed a new engine a couple more days go by and they keep saying they are having trouble getting engine from wisconsin. At 5:00 Friday evening they call and tell my wife it would be done in a few more days but she was going to have to pay for rental that the warranty would only pay five days and we had the rental going on eleven days now and they said that was the way it was if they had told us we only had 5 days I would not have been happy but would have returned it at 5 days. The service guy said to me that we had to pay then he told me he made a call to try to get crysler to pay and they said no he said that was above and beyond what he had to do (another mother Theresa) So then I contacted the president of 1400 Andy Costello nothing but a liar told me he would take care of rental and never got back yo me after I called and left messages and email for three days, when they called back to say car was done after 2 weeks they said we could not pick up our car until we paid the other 8 days of rental so I told John aka mother Theresa that Jon Castello was going to take care of rental he said hold on and got ahold of him in one minute and said Andy aka the liar said it was our problem funny he got ahold of him in one minute when I tried for 3 days. I told them we buy alot a crysler vehicles in my family and told them we were going to switch to gmc they said that is your decision all over $250.00 great dealership they lie to you and offer no help all they kept telling me is that crysler was paying for engine and we didnt have to wow that is nice of them since it under warranty and faithfully serviced by them. John told me no dealerships cover a rental for service so I told him I just bought a gmc sierra that will give me a rental if my truck is in for service for any reason also they will give me a vehicle of equal or greater value then he did not know what to say I was going to buy 2009 dodge ram but bought gmc instead because of the treatment I got from 1400 motors. Finally I did get the rental payed for by crysler and they aggreed with me. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from 1400 motors Nashua,NH they are nothing but liars and cowards and once you buy vehicle they dont care about you from the president on down!!!!!!!!
