I searched for weeks for a quality suv in my budget but found nothing but pushy salesman trying to force me to buy a piece of crap. I found a Route 111 auto sales ad on Craigslist for a 04 Grand Cherokee for under $5000 with a one year warranty. The staff was very open and honest with me unlike all the other places I had been. This suv was in great condition and already state inspected so I bought it and have been happy ever since. I would recommend this place to a friend they treat you right and put 1 year warranty's on all the cars.

If I could give it a no star I would. Went to buy a car and put $300 down on the car that we wanted and waited over a week to even get into the vehicle so we backed out of the deal because we had missed so much work and wouldn't have even been able to make the first payment and never mind the fact that I wasn't paying a $350 car payment when I didn't even have the car yet. So when we backed out I asked for our money back and they xxxxxx us out of $300 where is could have gone to our 17 month old daughter. The banks and them are really sketchy and they like to rip people off just because they can and don't care. I emailed the owner and didn't get a reply so now I'm following through with what I told him I was going to do and everywhere his companies name is I'm going to write a 1 star review so that people know. The only decent person there was the guy that took us around and showed us cars. One last thing private information they could give less about they where having a conversation with us with customers around and saying our information pretty loud to the point that everyone could hear which was the worst part of my experience there.

With that being said with the help of Dean and Frank, they worked very hard to finance us with the truck. With a low interest rate and a payment that worked for us. I worked with Anthony in the "Gonic" location on 125 to buy an Audi S5. The car was in good shape, small rust spot on trunk not seen until after purchase. Anthony was quick and helpful getting my finance done, and getting me into the car. I was dumb, and opted for the extended warranty. DO NOT TAKE THIS WARRANTY!!!!! It is through First Extended Service Corporation. Crazy expensive, and I am trying to deal with an issue now, it has been 2 weeks and 5 hours since I first dropped it off at the Euro shop. The shop put the claim in the same day I dropped it off. I have made 8 phone calls to the warranty company. Every single person who answers the phone are beyond rude. Put you on hold, hand up on you, send you to voicemail boxes that you never hear back from. It has been a complete run around, all because they have already been paid, and do not want to pay out. They basically string you along hoping you just give up. I'm in sales, and sell extended warranties, never have I had a customer have this kind of trouble. I have read my contract over, and spoken to the shop, as the warranty company claimed they had to send an adjuster out to see the issue themselves, and the parts are all covered in the contract, yet here I sit, without a car....still. I have made some calls to the dealer, I have had so-so help from them. Called yesterday to talk with Anthony, the manager, for him to call up the warranty company on my behalf. He was tied up according to the young lady who answered the phone. He never called me back, and today is his day off. Knowing a customer had a problem, I would think they would want to get in touch with them faster than 2 days later.

I was looking to buy a very good quality car and shopped three other area dealers as well as made extensive online comparisons. Felt like I would have settled with other deals and certainly the other dealers. Came in after 6PM from Boston, drove the best car I found online here at Northeast but still drove two other cars at other dealers. Came back, drove the car again, noted a small problem and made them aware of it but told Jen I was interested in the Acura TL. Jen addressed the front brake pull immediately by replacing AND had a 4 wheel alignment done. Value priced an after market warranty program for me as well which was the best coverage offered at 50% less than I found online shopping via quotes. This was a very good experience without fail from start to finish. Best car, best price and some of the nicest people to deal with. Do your homework -but these guys pass the test. Joe M.

We are active military. This comapny sold.my husband a car with brakes that barely work, a hydraulic line that blew and they CUT and WELDED the FRAME.. He paid 12,500 for it. We drove 2,000 miles from Vermont. This truck is no on a military base in Forth Hood Texas with engineers that have replaced and tried to fix. We are starting a family 2,000/miles away and no have only one vehicle. I am so upset as a new pregnant mother to not be able to relie on our vehicle.
He traded in his truck and got this piece if shitm I'm so upset. We are speaking to his lawyer because of this. If you are thinking for buying from this place don't.

these people dan and judy manteuffel will tell you anything to get to buy one of their overpriced lemons. they do not disclose information about car you buy and we got an $8000 lemon. less then 60 days into loan second payment wasnt even made yet and transmission gone was defective prior to purchase as i had a transmission experttake it down and look at it. tranmission was completely burnt out in the housing, no fluids left!!! $3000 repairs and they will not do anything to fix this would never do business with them again or recommed that anyone else either

I found the truck perfect truck for me. I have been looking for a few months. I live almost 4 hours away, in Maine. I dealt online with one of the sales people. The truck I wanted was listed for $39,995, and it books for only $36,000. I understand starting high, to try to get book value out of a vehicle, I have no problem, with that. I asked for a price, and the quoted me $37,500. OK... Fine. They are still asking far too much for the truck, but maybe it's because they are worried that I am going to try to trade in some junk that they have to show me more money for than it's worth. So, I ask if they can give me an idea of what they would give me for my truck. They tell me they certainly can, if I provide pictures and the VIN. So, I did. 4 days later, nothing, another day goes by and I tell them I really need to know what they can do for me, so I can make plans to drive to NH on my only day off of the week. Still, nothing. So, I submit another internet lead and ask what the delay is. One of the Owners, Bob, replies back and says he doesn't know what I am talking about, because there is a log of e-mails back and forth between the sales person and myself. I said yes, but he told me he would get me an estimate on my trade, and never has. Bob then replies "we are not just going to throw a number out there, it's time to call us or stop by with the trade, we have gone as far as we can with emails" Just like that. No proper grammar or anything. So, I replied that it was very disappointing that I was told six days prior that they could give me a figure, and it wouldn't be a problem. I explain I buy a truck every 18-24 months (which is no exaggeration, though it's closer to every year). So, then a different owner, Mike, replies "Hi Mike your trade is a little too new for us. Thank you for your time" I have a 2013 Chevy Silverado Z71 Crew Cab. They have two 2013s available for sale, as well as a 2015. Terrible customer service! Also, never in the last 18 years and 16 cars I've had, have I ever been told I can't get a reasonable estimate over the phone or online. I even told them about the small things like it will need new tires, and has a small dent. I was up front and honest with them. That's all I asked for from them, and they couldn't deliver.

I recently needed to get a new truck, I didn't want to go through another winter in my current one. Being someone with "not so great credit" the process of shopping and getting the truck I want can be pretty tricky. I did some searching online and came across a bunch of nice trucks and called the dealership. The owner Bob answered and was really nice and told me about all the different trucks. I told him I had a credit problem and he let me know they specialize in finance and would be able to help . When I got there Bob greeted me and brought me out and had the truck I was interested in sitting near the door. He let me take it for a test drive by myself. I took it for a test drive and really liked it. I got back and expected the finance aspect of the sale to be difficult. Bob worked with me and helped me get a loan which was a lot better than I expected. I am really happy that I chose this dealership to go to. I got the truck I wanted and a loan better than I expected. I would and have already recommended this dealership to my friends.
