My wife and I were customers at Hunterdon BMW in Lebanon. Jen sold us our previous car and we had nothing but good luck with it. Car buying experience with Art was the best we've had in last 10+ years! We are returning to BMW after leasing Lexus vehicles for last several years! Art made sure that we got everything that we wanted in our X3 and also suggested us to go for a custom made vehicle when he did not have a vehicle that matched our exact requirements. The vehicle was built and delivered to us in exactly 4 weeks as he told us! Very easy to work with and upfront in all the numbers and no tricks/last minute surprises! I just purchased a pre-owned 5 series on Friday and by far it is the best car buying experience. Rocco helped us, answer all our questions. He was never pushy or persuasive. We were there with our 4 year old and he always asking us if we needed anything. Frank was also very helpful he took us to the car and showed us all the cool features the car had. Marcelo in Finance was also very helpful and patient with us when discussing payment and different warranties. Overall Paul Miller BMW was a pleasure to do business with. I have already told many family members where to go for their next car. Being from Upstate NY I did not mind going all the way to Jersey for my beautiful car and great experience.

This dealer cannot fix oil leaks - Louis123
When I noticed oil leaks, I brought my 2007 BMW 550i to Edison Open road BMW for service. It was diagnosed as transmission fluid leak. The estimate for repair is over $1600. After repair, it continue leaking. The rep asked me to bring back my car. This time he told me the pan was cracked and need to be replaced. It cost me another $400. A few months later I saw the oil on floor again. This time they diagnosed as oil leak. The repair cost me about $1600. The next day I found more leaks. The rep asked me to bring back for check and gave estimate of over $2000 for gasket replacement. All my previous repair did nothing. So I Googled the problem and spend $20 to buy stop leak additive and it worked. For three month now my car has no more leaks! I am very disappointed at Open Road BMW Edison whose technician cannot fix car leaks!
Amazing Sales Experience with Mike Wendroff - Cigarlvr
Mike was so easy to work with ordering my 2018 BMW M550. I did visit a few other dealers prior to talking with Mike and after the 1st call I knew I was going to buy and order my BMW with him. I sent him several emails with questions and he responded very quickly even on Sundays and days off. Don't waste your time going anywhere else as he will not give you false promises or any BS just straight answers. He followed up with me several times when the auto was in production to make sure I was aware where we were at and to make sure I had the info he had on the build status. I took delivery several weeks ago and couldn't be happier with Mike or the M550. Mike will truly give you superior service that will be difficult to find at any other local dealer. Mike is a straight shooter who will give you a great deal and strongly recommend you reach out to him as you will be impressed as much as I was.
