Good by local standards - just-me-again
Most of the mechanics have 20+ years of experience at the same dealership. They are good at fixing things the first time, if they can reproduce the problem. They have been honest when they could have cheated me, e.g. with a transmission code that ended up being a cheap sensor. They try to stretch the warranty with FCA. They can handle technically difficult tasks and have yet to break my car (cough Paramus Chrysler cough) or hand it back with obvious defects (see prior Paramus cough). Service manager does what he can and is approachable. Mechanics are generally friendly and obviously knowledgeable. They understand that sometimes you get sporadic issues that may not show during a test drive.
Downside: no appointments, loaners are a hassle, drive-home is ad hoc, waiting room is terrible, can't shut off the TV, often can't reach service advisors on the phone, no Saturday hours, very limited late hours, sometimes gets overwhelmed. Work can cause rattles (a common problem it seems) which require more trips. Not a great location. Extremely limited parking. Hard to get in and out of the lot. “Pay and get keys” people are fairly unresponsive. Generally, sales/service processes seem dated and inefficient.

This dealer Service department is the Best. Amber Bonilla and the manager Aaron Hoffman go far beyond the norm to help how ever they can. I find that this Dealer Service Department costs me less that any local repair shop because they charge for a fair and honest amount of time, which is less time then a standard Book Rate that garages charge. The service is first rate. Aaron is an incredible resource for any Jeep and Dodge RAM questions.

I went in with my Chrysler 200 to change orc module - Chrysler200
The worst dealer and service shop period. I went in to change my orc module for my Chrysler 200 the head technician blew up my air bags. He forgot to disconnect the battery and he is head of the technicians. Wow and then he cut the airbags and wanted me to drive off with it and go settle it with insurance. Really , luckily the insurance paid for some the work and airbags. But they are the worst service shop I've ever experienced. Avoid them Even if they lure you in with their prices. That is my advice to the people out there

Had to bring my truck in for 2 recalls as they were fixing the recalls they broke my wiring harrens that controls my horns and lights they told me i had to come back another day so they can repair what they broke cause they had to order the part the service manger Eddie Diaz was an xxxxxxx and was so busy in his phone the whole time trying to speak with him was a joke when i took the car back the next day they did such crap work changing the wires as i was leaving the shop i felt a shaking i go back pop the hood the never reconnect the wires they took off to do the job or any other wires they had to remove the did not put back on i was told by Eddie Diaz off sorry what is sorry gonna do for me ..this place is a joke and the person running it should not be there

I am very disappointed with my experience with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I will never recommend this company to nobody. Please if you see this try to be careful deal with this company. Everything they told me wasn't what I got. Very disappointed. If you have lease and they try to contact before the lease finished don't take the call as anything they said by phone is not what will happen when you are in the office.

Go Die!!! This is what the service dept said to me when I told them that my car is dying, the check engine light is on and the electronics indicate that the engine is overheating on my 6 month old Wrangler Unlimited. They would not give me an appointment for over six weeks. What was I supposed to do? Drive until the engine seizes? Originally, when the car came with a defective radio, although I was advised that the part came in within a week, they made me wait another month to swap it out. I should have seen it then. They have a real bad attitude at this place. If this is the front that they present to the public, you can imagine what horror shows go on in the back. This place is to be avoided at all costs!!!

Just bought a truck from them yes it was used and i know there are issues buying used....but please after driving just 1k miles you are telling me my transmission is having problems and the truck goes into limp mode....and they sold me a warrenty that does not even cover it haha. This dealership is full of xxxx salesmen who are giant liars especially Marlene do not go here they treat their client like dog xxxx go anywhere else.

I went to buy a challenger there I gave a deposit I asked him to run my credit just with one bank they ran with 10 different banks give me a high interest rate went somewhere else and got 6% they are a rip off and did not give me my deposit back very bad business and very rude The person I dealt with their his name was ROY I have his phone number I text him he did not answer plus I spoke to manager
