Very disappointed with Rockaway Jeep and Dodge. I had a bad altercation with the sales person (Nelson) to the point he almost ASSULTED me and used such an extreme profound language. Told me to go F**k my mother, Really??!! Real ghetto and low class. It was all caught on my cell phone. The man seems to be mentally unstable. I made a report with his manager ( Mr. Armstrong) and FCA jeep corporate. Will also put the video of his behavior on youtube and all social media sites. This guy needs to be FIRED!!! To my understanding this wasn't the first time Nelson has done this before. STAY AWAY!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Eastchester's Service Dept. You drive up and are greeted by a greeter who's friendly attitude is contagious. I forget his name but if you have your car serviced there you will know exactly who I mean. I have had the pleasure of having both Rob and Maggie as my service advisers. Rob and Maggie are very accommodating and do whatever they can to take care of your service needs. I had Rob for my express oil change. He had me in and out and explained everything that was done and took his time while answering my questions. I made the mistake of having a different dealer do some work on my vehicle and they messed it up. I then brought the car over to Eastchester and got Maggie as my service adviser. She went above and beyond to not only get the fix approved but she checked to make sure it was fully covered within the warranty. She kept me in the loop through the whole process and accommodated all my needs. I will be honest and say that I purchased my vehicle at a different dealership 3 years ago because the Sales personnel at Eastchester were not very honest at that time. I have not dealt with the sales staff since then so I don't know how they are now. I would not hesitate to take my car here if you need servicing. They are friendly, listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to assist with the servicing and fixing of your vehicle. If you are using the express service hopefully you get Rob. If you need regular servicing then hopefully you get Maggie as your adviser. They are definitely my two go to people.

This dealer Service department is the Best. Amber Bonilla and the manager Aaron Hoffman go far beyond the norm to help how ever they can. I find that this Dealer Service Department costs me less that any local repair shop because they charge for a fair and honest amount of time, which is less time then a standard Book Rate that garages charge. The service is first rate. Aaron is an incredible resource for any Jeep and Dodge RAM questions.

I went in to see if i could trade in my vehicle and get into another vehicle. When i arrived at the dealership I was first greeted by a man and after about 5 to 10 minutes of this gentlemen speaking with me he passed me off onto a different salesman altogether. When I asked the second salesman as to why he took over his response was the other salesman had a vehicle service client show up and he has to handle that customer first before he could get to me. Needless to say that I wasn't quite happy to have that experience happen to me and I think it was rude and unprofessional of that saleman to do. Furthermore i will not be going back to this dealership anytime soon and i will not be recommending that dealership to anyone that I know.

Do not go to this dealership at all costs. This dealership is why people hate buying cars and they are the definition of a stealership. They will straight up try and rob you of your money.
I went to this dealership because they were the only dealer in my area that had a dodge charger with the color and options I wanted. I drove over 200 miles to get this car and they new it. When I walked in, they would not let me see the car or test drive it. Right off the bat, they threw a payment number at me that was complete BS. I asked them to show me how they broke down the numbers and they would not give me the numbers. I then wrote down the numbers that I wanted and what the payment would be, which was almost 100 less a month then what they were trying to tell me.
After we agreed on the price of the car and my trade, they made me wait for HOURS!! I got there at 12 pm and we had the numbers agreed on within 30 minutes. I did not get to see the finance manager for 4 hours and when I got in to see him, they must of thought I was an idiot and just sign the paperwork because the monthly payment was at the original payment again. Then they try and tell me that I won't be getting the rebates that Chrysler was offering on my car and that my plates would cost 700 dollars to get from NJ, which was completely wrong. Also, they tried upping the price of the car over 2000 dollars OVER MSRP!! After I called them our again about this, they made me wait another hour to verify the rebates. After that, they still would not honor the price of the car and kept trying to say that the "internet price" on the website was the best they could do and would not even honor that if I did not have it printer off. The "Internet Price" on their website was MSRP.
After them finally honoring the price we originally agreed on, I signed off on everything. Well, today I got my plates from them, but instead of getting new plates and registration, plus the difference in the registration and what I paid, I got my original plates that were on my trade and a registration that expires in 3 months. The transfer was 85 bucks, but they took 650 from me and never gave me the difference.
Needless to say, never give this dealership you time or your money. Dodge will be getting a call from me today because I am not letting them get away with this.
