He gave me updates during the entire process and did everything as expected in terms of colors, payments, and warranties. He was quite accommodating, in fact, we changed colors on the Jeep last minute while the original one was already prepped awaiting for our pick up. I saw a car on the web and when I called I got Walter. All I can say is wow! Our entire transaction was done by phone, text and email. I am from out of state and Walter went above and beyond. Walter went so out of his way to assist me that he picked me up at the train station. When I got to the dealership the transaction was super smooth, the car was ready and off I went with a smile. Very disappointed with Rockaway Jeep and Dodge. I had a bad altercation with the sales person (Nelson) to the point he almost ASSULTED me and used such an extreme profound language. Told me to go F**k my mother, Really??!! Real ghetto and low class. It was all caught on my cell phone. The man seems to be mentally unstable. I made a report with his manager ( Mr. Armstrong) and FCA jeep corporate. Will also put the video of his behavior on youtube and all social media sites. This guy needs to be FIRED!!! To my understanding this wasn't the first time Nelson has done this before. STAY AWAY!!!!

My husband and I just got married in January. We set a goal to purchase our first car by September. We were out and about on Memorial Day and decided to check out this dealership. We knew we wanted a Jeep Compass so we knew they'd have some options for us. Neither of us had purchased a car before so we had no clue what to expect. The staff were really nice and friendly. My husband and I hopped in and out of cars - even ones we knew we weren't going to buy - it was just for the thrill of the experience :) We were about to go with a 2017 Jeep Cherokee but our rep mentioned a 2016 Jeep Compass that he would be able to give us a great deal on. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. I asked if the car had airbags (Remember, I'm a novice lol) and he laughed and said, "yes and they even included brakes" - LOL! He jived well with our personalities and overall we had a great experience. We settled on the 2016 Compass and are really happy with our choice and the service we received! Would definitely recommend!

This dealer Service department is the Best. Amber Bonilla and the manager Aaron Hoffman go far beyond the norm to help how ever they can. I find that this Dealer Service Department costs me less that any local repair shop because they charge for a fair and honest amount of time, which is less time then a standard Book Rate that garages charge. The service is first rate. Aaron is an incredible resource for any Jeep and Dodge RAM questions.

The worst dealer and service shop period. I went in to change my orc module for my Chrysler 200 the head technician blew up my air bags. He forgot to disconnect the battery and he is head of the technicians. Wow and then he cut the airbags and wanted me to drive off with it and go settle it with insurance. Really , luckily the insurance paid for some the work and airbags. But they are the worst service shop I've ever experienced. Avoid them Even if they lure you in with their prices. That is my advice to the people out there

I am from out of state and have a 2015 Dodge Durango. My truck stopped on the expressway early evening on a Friday. I called and was told that I needed an appointment. I got the service manager on the phone and explained my situation. He advised for the vehicle to be towed to the dealer. I expected the unfortunate extra costs including a hotel stay for the weekend. It got to the service department around 5:00 pm. Mike has a technician look at the vehicle that night. It was a simple fix and we were on our way that same night. GREAT SERVUCE.

I recently purchased my third Jeep from Decozen: a Grand Cherokee in 2004; a Grand Cherokee in 2014; & a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in June 2017. All three experiences were positive, the last being the best.
John made the buying experience a pleasant one. He was very knowledgeable about the brand; explained the different packages available; synced iPhone with the Jeep; etc.
