We were fortunate to meet Tony Bittenbender at the third dealership visited that day in search of the right truck. We arrived late at Sands in Quakertown and were greeted by Tony who was awesome as a salesman and as a person. Tony professionally walked us through the process throwing in some humor at the right times and answering all of our questions and concerns with expertise and patience. The Tony Test Drive was a lot of unexpected fun and really informative. Tony stayed after hours with us with no rush. He was great!

I will never come and purchase or service my car here again. Awful customer service skills. Service manager Steve Schneider was super disrespectful. Owner(president) Frank Garesner was not very helpful. Customer is always right. I have video to prove. I am very dissatisfied and will not rest until everyone knows how horrible their service is. Lets be clear my husband came here very calmly to check out our vehicle he becsme irrate after sitting there for over 2 hours and nothing was done. Customer Service negative 0!!!!!!!!

If I could rate this place lower, I would. I recently had a recall notice on my Chrysler and I called the service center to make an appointment to get this fixed. However, they gave me a three week waiting time and being a college student getting ready to go back to school, that didn't really work for me. Since I felt as though I was not taken seriously, I asked my dad to call. The next day he got me an appointment for three days later. When I picked up my car I noticed everything, including my center consul and glovebox, was not the way that I had left it. On top of that my car, that had just been detailed, was dirty with large black pieces of plastic on the seats and footprints on my rugs. This Chrysler Service Center has no respect for the car, or the person driving it.

I understand it was a holiday weekend, short staffed and large volume of vehicles, but MANY things were missed on my truck.

Watch for the salesman. In your face trying to get you to buy a vehicle you already told him you didn't want. That's in fact exactly what happened to me. And after they sold me on it. I came back hours later and they wouldn't take it back unless I gave them more money. It's not like they already didn't make money off of me, but then they want me to trade it in and pay them more money do they can sell it again and make money. They also took a week to come up with that so called "resolution." That's so they had me by the xxxxx with the title and all other paperwork going through. I asked to speak to the owner of the place before I took the truck back home. And they told me they are done with me and I'm not going to be able to speak to the owner. This dealer is all about the bottom line. And not your bottom line, theirs. Poor customer service for someone who has sent plenty of business their way. I will never be dealing with Tri county again and I hope you won't either!
