Craig did an excellent job of explaining the features to me in a way it related to what I needed. He was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Anthony & Larry were wonderful to work with from the start. When I initially stopped in to check out the newly redesigned Compass, I was on a time crunch & they let me take one of their Conpasses on the lot for a test drive solo so I could get to my appointment while they ran numbers & such. I had specific features that I wanted for my Compass & they searched high & low to get me the perfect vehicle that not only had what I wanted but some extras! We stopped by just to "check out" a car for our daughter. After her test drive, she loved the car but we only had a couple of hours before we had other obligations, The entire team including our salesperson Jim Collins worked fast and efficiently to get everything together that was needed for us to finalize the deal and we were able to get on the road in exactly the precise time we needed to in order to be at our other meeting. We can't say enough wonderful things about the dealership and the people who work here! Jim made not only ourselves but also our daughter feel comfortable from the very start and set a great tone for the entire process.

I will never come and purchase or service my car here again. Awful customer service skills. Service manager Steve Schneider was super disrespectful. Owner(president) Frank Garesner was not very helpful. Customer is always right. I have video to prove. I am very dissatisfied and will not rest until everyone knows how horrible their service is. Lets be clear my husband came here very calmly to check out our vehicle he becsme irrate after sitting there for over 2 hours and nothing was done. Customer Service negative 0!!!!!!!!

I've been a Supervisor for over 35 years. I know people and I know strengths and weaknesses. I DON'T BLOW SMOKE and am brutally honest. I've been in this world for 62 years and obviously bought many cars. There is a reason I have bought my 4th vehicle in a row from Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Quakertown. Meeting Tony Bittenbender and going through the process was quite the pleasure and the BEST EXPERIENCE to date. I APPLAUD Sands for having a GREAT GUY on their team. Tony leaves no stone un-turned and made sure we knew all there is to know about our truck. The TONY TEST DRIVE made our decision so easy it was a no brainer .

I understand it was a holiday weekend, short staffed and large volume of vehicles, but MANY things were missed on my truck.

Watch for the salesman. In your face trying to get you to buy a vehicle you already told him you didn't want. That's in fact exactly what happened to me. And after they sold me on it. I came back hours later and they wouldn't take it back unless I gave them more money. It's not like they already didn't make money off of me, but then they want me to trade it in and pay them more money do they can sell it again and make money. They also took a week to come up with that so called "resolution." That's so they had me by the xxxxx with the title and all other paperwork going through. I asked to speak to the owner of the place before I took the truck back home. And they told me they are done with me and I'm not going to be able to speak to the owner. This dealer is all about the bottom line. And not your bottom line, theirs. Poor customer service for someone who has sent plenty of business their way. I will never be dealing with Tri county again and I hope you won't either!
