Huge Thank You to Marty and the Savage 61 Team! - Janelle0417
I've heard many good things about Savage 61, so when I was ready to finally purchase my dream car I was confident this was the place to go. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by several friendly faces. My salesman ended up being Martin Pittman. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped in every way possible from going over all the details in the financing process, showing me all the features of the vehicle, to explaining how my insurance would change and even helped in getting the new vehicle on my policy. The entire transaction was flawless from start to finish. He continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is running smoothly. The whole sales team was very energetic and so down to earth which made the process of buying a car a lot more fun. They certainly gained a lifetime customer and would recommend Savage 61 to anyone!

Leased Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - Bryan1234
I was not happy that I had to wait two and half weeks for a check to arrive at my residence. I find this a big inconvenience then being told by the manager to not to worry about it. Myself and my Wife have been buying and leasing vehicles for over 25yrs never had any issues until this one My salesman Doc Hoffer is awesome this doesn't reflect on him at all!!!! At this point I'm not at 100% if I would buy again unless I hear from Ownership and tell Mr. Dean Rothrock why I'm not Satisfied!!
Very friendly and knowledable made for a great experience. - JVanScoyoc
Jim was very well informed on the vehicle and attentive to our interests. His energy was well appreciated and added to my exciting purchasing experience.
Awful experience - Z4ck93
I was looking to purchase an older used jeep. Considering this dealership had such good reviews I figured I'd be able to get a good used car. The jeep I purchased from this place had such bad rust through out the intire frame the frame literally cracked in half only 4 months after having the car. I won't get into reliability on jeeps mainly because that's a whole separate discussion. But when buying a vehicle, especially from a jeep dealership, one wouldn't expect them to spray paint over rust that was this bad... bad enough that when driving over a pot hole at 3mph causeing it to BREAK DIRECTLY IN HALF! I understand when buying a used car it's being purchased "as is". But the frame is usually something one can assume will be Able to it's job properly .. especially because they sold me the car with valid safety inspection stickers.
Jimmy Mc is Great ! - Bill
I'm from NJ, Found exactly what I was looking for on Sands Auto Group On-Line. Made arrangements to to visit the dealer and test drive the vehicle with Jim McBrearty, a very courteous and helpful salesperson. We test drove the 2016 Subaru Outback a good amount of time so I could get a good handle on the vehicle's performance. There was no sales pressure and we agreed on a good price. I picked up the SUV 4 days later. It was a great car buying experience. If you are in the market for a car/truck/SUV, go to Sands Auto Group and ask for Jimmy McBrearty !
Always a great experience. - David Potter
Easy to work with, vehicle was ordered perfectly, it was prepared and ready for me on time and fantastic price/value. I was introduced to the service writer who has been my go to guy. very easy dealership to work with - no pressure sales. Always there for me so I can ask questions.
All about money and not the customer service - Roddya1
Watch for the salesman. In your face trying to get you to buy a vehicle you already told him you didn't want. That's in fact exactly what happened to me. And after they sold me on it. I came back hours later and they wouldn't take it back unless I gave them more money. It's not like they already didn't make money off of me, but then they want me to trade it in and pay them more money do they can sell it again and make money. They also took a week to come up with that so called "resolution." That's so they had me by the xxxxx with the title and all other paperwork going through. I asked to speak to the owner of the place before I took the truck back home. And they told me they are done with me and I'm not going to be able to speak to the owner. This dealer is all about the bottom line. And not your bottom line, theirs. Poor customer service for someone who has sent plenty of business their way. I will never be dealing with Tri county again and I hope you won't either!
Started off ok but went downhill quick - SRT HELLCAT CHARGER
Decided on a car, discussed numbers and we agreed, then they ran credit check to get me financing, then when it came time to start the official paperwork the numbers had changed, and not by a little, by a lot! Asked about it and got the biggest bunch of b.s. I ever heard! Well this is the same we are just showing that over here and yadda yaddda yadda....well then why isn't the bottom line the same?!? So I cancelled the deal and went on my way. Several days or week passes and I start getting credit check notifications in the mail, and they just kept coming and coming!! What is going on here?!? Come to find out that they ran my credit 18 times and my wife's 12 times!! Without approval!! Without letting me know!! I asked them to correct this and get them off of my credit report and they didn't want to here it....I'll stop here on this subject because I'm getting irritated again...
Next, the service department - what a joke! Hope you never have to get squeezed in for something urgent because they don't care, "I'm sorry, the next available appointment is..." They don't even put forth any effort to make it possible. That would take work and the lazy service manager they have is allergic to work it seems.
Also, I had my last car (traded in at another dealership recently) in there for service, I was getting an intermittent notification that module needed cleaned or adjusted, well after 3 visits they finally managed to break the bracket that it is attached too and now it doesn't work at all! Warranty wouldn't cover it and Quigley wouldn't fix it - you know what they said to me, "you probably hit a snow bank!" Are you serious?! Are you !*@&$#! kidding me?! Ok...getting irritated again...
And just as a final note, if you are looking for a vehicle with any options, not just the bare bones base model, you probably want to shop elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, they do have a few here and there with options, but mostly they bring in the bottom half of a model line, most don't even have GPS!
Had Quigley been a hard working, customer centered, honest, fair dealership they would have sold me my new Hellcat, but instead I bought it elsewhere. You should go elsewhere too!
Great experience - Gretchen171
Bought my new Jeep from these guys. My salesman Paul Alderfer was awesome! Everyone was professional and courteous! Had a great experience. I left something of high importance in the vehicle that i traded in, these guys found it kept it safe, and returned it to me. An honest group to boot, Thanks guys! Love my beautiful Jeep!
Kevin Tracy horrible customer service rude unprofessional - unsatisfied customer not serviced
Kevin Tracy was incredibly unprofessional, rude and condescending regarding servicing my vehicle. The overall rating is 2 out of 5. Based on how we were treated, Kevin is a direct coorelationto the poor rating. Tom Daub and his Manager need to look into the unprofessional rude approach.
