New Wrangler - Paul III
I purchased the Wrangler sight unseen. It was in a different state. I was given a copy of the window sticker to review. It seemed to be what I wanted. I ordered the vehicle on Saturday. It arrived on the next Tuesday.
The vehicle was everything that I thought it would be and a little better. It had the upgraded Cold Weather Pkg and 17 inch rims and knobby tires.
Everyone that I dealt with are professionals. I was treated with respect by all staff.

I will never come and purchase or service my car here again. Awful customer service skills. Service manager Steve Schneider was super disrespectful. Owner(president) Frank Garesner was not very helpful. Customer is always right. I have video to prove. I am very dissatisfied and will not rest until everyone knows how horrible their service is. Lets be clear my husband came here very calmly to check out our vehicle he becsme irrate after sitting there for over 2 hours and nothing was done. Customer Service negative 0!!!!!!!!

My husband and I went to Sands Auto Group looking for a Jeep Renegade that we had seen on their website. We were able to test drive the very same renegade that we saw on the website--and we got to take the #tonytestdrive! Tony was very thorough with showing us the Renegade and he wanted to make sure that we understood all of the features it had before making a decision. He helped us out a lot with financing and going over our options to make sure that we got the absolute best deal that we could. We love our new Renegade and we know so much about it already thanks to Tony and his great customer service! I can't recommend him and Sands enough. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and Tony is definitely not your typical car salesman. He goes above and beyond and he's not just selling cars, he's building relationships with his customers. All about money and not the customer service - Roddya1
Watch for the salesman. In your face trying to get you to buy a vehicle you already told him you didn't want. That's in fact exactly what happened to me. And after they sold me on it. I came back hours later and they wouldn't take it back unless I gave them more money. It's not like they already didn't make money off of me, but then they want me to trade it in and pay them more money do they can sell it again and make money. They also took a week to come up with that so called "resolution." That's so they had me by the xxxxx with the title and all other paperwork going through. I asked to speak to the owner of the place before I took the truck back home. And they told me they are done with me and I'm not going to be able to speak to the owner. This dealer is all about the bottom line. And not your bottom line, theirs. Poor customer service for someone who has sent plenty of business their way. I will never be dealing with Tri county again and I hope you won't either!
