An Excellent Buying Experience - T Caines
Right from the first call everything went exceedingly well. I made an appoitment to see and test drive the 2015 MINI Cooper S Roadster I saw on the Eimports4less website.
When I arrived the car was ready for me to inspect and Rich Otto handed me the key and said, "Take all the time you need." I literally inspected and tested everything. when I was ready for test drive, Rich drove my car (I was trading it in) and I drove the MINI. A few back roads and deep curves later we were back at the dealership. we discussed my trade-in and the MINI's offering price, came to an agreement and that was that. I made an appointment for a days later to make the purchase. On the day of the purchase the MINI was detailed and sitting in the garage for yet another, "take all the time you need" inspection. When I was satisfied, we transacted the trade-in and purchase. Everything went - Super Smooth.

My Daughter's First Car Buying Expereince - egronwaldt
My daughter bought a 2004 Subaru Forester here and we had a great experience. This was her first car she bought herself and these guys couldn't be nicer. We got a great deal and this is where it's gets better. Two days after we took the car home and noticed the temp gauge moving into the red and the engine surged in park. We took the back to the dealer and to their credit, they checked it out twice and couldn't find the issue. A second set of eyes at a local auto repair shop did the trick. They found out the radiator was clogged and the O2 sensor was bad. And get this, Battaglia paid for all the repairs and diagnosis time. Two great businesses in Norristown!
Three Time Winner - Pleasedseeker
On Tuesday, 12/6/2016, I bought my third auto at Pizanno's Auto Sales. As with my two previous deals , I am very pleased with the car and service from Carmen and Jeff; especially, since I have peace of mind knowing they will stand behind the sale. As I said in a former review, I wouldn't go to any other dealership.
Thank you , Richard Davis

I bought my mini coop last year and love this car. Just had my son buy his first newer car here, they did a great job in the transaction. I have had my older vehicles serviced here and they have been very fair on price and honest about all the car issues. I would trust them for service and another vehicle for myself, my family and friends.

Quality and Customer Service - Childs94
We can't say enough about Kulp's. The quality vehicle and customer service we received was incredible.

Great people. Great car. Great price. - Mary F
We made the trip from Lancaster to Norristown to look at a Scion that my daughter was interested in. It was well worth the trip and a very pleasant experience to deal with the Mancini's. No pressure. No anxiety. Honest answers. Immaculately clean vehicle for a 2006. Everything was taken care of.

We always have our cars repaired and inspected here. I just bought a used car from them, my mother has been buying their cars for years. Really nice crew, Jess and Corey always helpful! Mine was a rebuilt title and Corey told me that right away, had pics/paperwork of what was damaged and repaired.
Great dealer to do business with... - Scott75
This is a fantastic dealer to do business with. They've always taken care of me and my family when it comes to our car needs. They do business the way it should be done. When most dealers have forgotten the personal side of doing business they haven't. This is why I go back to them time and time again. Mike has been good to us every time.
Great Experience - Helene
My visit to DiLeo auto sales was very positive. The sales manager, Elliot was very knowledgeable and quite helpful. He showed me a few cars but ultimately, I decided to wait before purchasing a car at this time.
Ray Price Mazda experience - jky128
Arthur Torres my salesman was phenomenal. He listened to what I wanted and didn't waste my time. Arthur went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and found me the car I was looking for and even called me the day after I brought my car home to make sure I was loving the car and didn't have any questions. I will definitely buy my next car at Ray Price because of the experience I had.
Great Car Deal, excellent buying experience - kelei345
I purchased 2014 Toyot Corolla Sport car from Twin Pin Auto Group in November, 2016. I was looking online and come acrose to Twin Pin Auto Group. My first time ever at the dealer, I met Josh Yoder. Josh's a best saleman, he's friendly, treat customer very well, and with respect. Josh listern to you or customer and doesn't try to push you to buy car. He can walk you through by explan to you step by step the best choice, great deal, and great car. I find that Twin Pin Auto Group treat the customer very well, they have great car, and they can give a great sale value (price).
Positive experience - Epheao
J L Freed offers a slew of attractive used cars. Attractive=appealing. We had free range and were dealt with in a low-pressure way that made it all comfortable. Yes, we bought and had our hopes fulfilled at a fair price. If you need a Honda, or other late-model used car, J L Freed is the place.
New Bug! - awade87
Jim was great to work with and very nice. He was patient with us and willing to work with our situation. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.
This dealership will have no respect for your time - lino
This dealership will have no respect for your time, and will not do a good job checking a vehicle before putting it up for sale, despite what they may say or advertise, it will not be true.
My wife and I visited their dealership on a Saturday morning to purchase a 2003 Ford Edge Limited. Prior to this I was in phone and email contact with their salesperson, Jimmy. It would be a 2 ½ hour round trip for us so I wanted to make certain I ironed out the details so we would not have surprises. I thought the listed vehicle price was fair and did not attempt to haggle it. I stated we would trade in an older vehicle and was very realistic and told him I didn’t expect it to be worth more than $500 to them. He confirmed everything sounded fine and we scheduled with him to arrive at their dealership Saturday morning at 10am.
We arrived at 10:05. It was downhill from there. I was told the vehicle needed a new battery. And that it would only take minutes. 20 minutes into the 10 minute battery change I went out and the car was running with a charger on the battery. At this point I suggested that we take it for a test drive while we wait for someone to buy a battery to save time. I was told no and that it would be done in 10 minutes. The salesman then pulled the charger off the battery and the car immediately died. I then explained that their problem was the alternator. He disagreed. 20 more minutes later they have a battery in. My wife and I get in for the test drive. While my wife is familiarizing herself with the car, I look in the glove compartment. Aside from an open sugar packet and coffee stirrers, I find all the paperwork from the previous owner including his loan agreement, registration, insurance card bill of sale etc. Obviously not too thorough a check of the car in those 70 days they had it. While the car is running, the message comes on the screen stating a problem with the charging system, bad alternator. Surprise! This message would have appeared EVERYTIME they started the car prior to finally draining the original battery. We are told that they can a new alternator in it in an hour. My wife and I being optimistic decide to wait. 2 ½ hours later they tell us it’s done, it’s now at their Ford service center about 20 minutes away. Jimmy tells us he will have it here in 15 minutes, he’s going to get it. Well 20 and 20 make 40 so that math doesn’t add up and time management hasn’t been their forte. I offer for us to drive there with them and we will drive it back as our test drive. On our drive back I notice that the navigation is silent. The radio also is silent. The Ford Sync button also is silent. Trying to be positive we think we must have missed a mute button somewhere. Upon returning to the dealership I ask Jimmy to show what we are doing wrong. He has no luck. He talks to someone else who indicates that it maybe because there is not a master key.
It is at this point that all the patience, positive thinking and cool I’ve tried to maintain for the last 5 ½ hours have left me. I tell them we are leaving, toss the key over the mangers desk and take the long ride back home. 7 ½ hours of a Saturday wasted. They state “All of our vehicles go through a strict inspection before they earn the right to be called Masano Certified. If they do not pass our certification, we will NEVER sell them!” You think somewhere in their 128 point inspection someone would listen for sound, check for a master key or hey, maybe cleanout the glove compartment.
Don't waste your time going anywhere else! - Lisa CRV
I just purchased my second car from car sense and it was another awesome experience. They have a great selection and John S was amazing to work with, no pressure just super helpful and down to earth. Ask for John when you go, I promise you won't regret it!! I will only buy cars from car sense, definitely no buyers remorse.
Disappointing - David1
We purchased a vehicle from Carsense hatfield in Mid-November 2016. Steve Massey was our sales rep. He was initially very helpful. until we declined his add-on insurance package - then he quickly handed us off to someone else to finish the process. Perhaps he was upset he wasn't making commission from the sale. Anyhow, attempted to contact Steve 5 times over the course of a month. Never returned my calls or e-mails. My wife ended up driving on expired tags until I called and asked to talk to someone who would help me. Steve was bold enough to ignore me and then contact my wife asking for a good review. He also was supposed to find us a spare key for our vehicle, he never did that either. When we purchased the car Steve said he would take care of some dirt that I noticed inside one of the vehicle's speaker. Guess what, that wasn't taken care of either. I will never go back to Carsense in my life. Steve was unprofessional and made the process very frustrating for my wife and I. One positive is that the service dept and title clerk Yvette were very helpful when I was in need.
Great Experience - Escape3121
We just purchased our 2007 Ford Escape from this dealer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. We had been looking on line and found this car. Drove for an hour to get there and within another hour we were back on the road home with our new vehicle.
