A PLUS SERVICE DEPT. - lib
IN PURCHASING MY SECOND VEHICLE FROM CENTENNIAL, THE SERVICE DEPT. WAS A MAJOR
FACTOR IN MY DECISONMAKING..
AFTER 5 YEARS IN DEALING WITH THE CENTENNIAL SERVICE DEPT., I CAN UNEQUIVOCALLY RATE
THE EMPLOYEES WITH A 5 STAR RATING. I WANT A SERVICE DEPT. TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MECHANICS OF A VEHICLE: STRUTS, BRAKES, CHASSIS, SUSPENSION, ALIGNMENTS, ENGINE ISSUES, BELTS, FILTERS, LEAKS, TRANSMISSION, ETC. CENTENNIAL AND ITS EMPLOYEES MET THE CHALLENGE, ESPECIALLY RACHAEL AND ANTHONY, WHO ARE WILLING TO ACCOMODATE WITHOUT HESITATION, ANSWER MY QUERIES WITH DETAILED EXPLANATIONS OF THE HOW AND WHY. MUCH APPRECIATED. IF I NEED DENTS OR SCRATCHES TO BE REPAIRED, I GO TO MY AUTOBODY SPECIALIST, "ANDY'S AUTO BODY. I DO NOT GO TO A MECHANIC FOR COSMETIC REPAIRS; LIKEWISE, I WOULD NOT GO TO MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN FOR COSMETIC SURGERY. LIB
NO Pressure - justkate
i went just beginning my search for a car for myself and the salesman was so nice and open and friendly and the dealership willing to haggle till we hit a happy medium and on my FIRST day of what i thought would be many car shopping days i drove home in a beautiful mercury milan and there was a small problem with the seat and they fixed it with no problems and no cash from me. very happy, well pleased, would not have bought anything if they were high pressure, i don't like that. chris vandatta is a wonderful salesman and knows his business. many thanks
Best dealership in the Valley - Dealer rating
Caleb Agnew and the rest of the people at Bob Robinson were very easy to deal with and I will buy all of my cars there.
Unrealistic deal offer - skipa
I have always dealt at another dealer (North Star). Since I live near Washington Chevrolet I decided to give them a try. I was trading a 2008 2500HD on a 2016 model of a 2500HD.
Washington Chevy only offered me $12K for my trade, which I knew from my research was totally low- ball. There was a lot of effort to show me why that was a good number but little effort to make it better.
Two days later I went to North Star. Their FIRST offer for my trade was $22.5K!
So long Washington Chevrolet. You obviously do not want my business!
Always first rate service - ILoveCars
I've been bringing my car to their service department for maintenance and repairs for nearly 4 years now. They are always very friendly and the work is always done right the first time. I've never had an issue with them and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody.
Number One - Bill CAPOZZOLI
I've been dealing with this dealership for over 35 years. The service and sales people are number one they go out of their way to make you feel special give them a try you won't be sorry.
Service - RayR
Service horrible. Finally had enough. Purchased many vehicles from them but every service experience was the same. Make appointment and wait. After waiting two hours on one scheduled service visit, went to ask service what the delay was and they wouldn't even acknowledge I was standing there while they continued to hold an obvious private conversation! Shocked to find sales staff would offer no support. Service needs complete overhaul and new attitude. When I tried to discuss with management, they made the comment that they didn't have any other complaints, yet when I was setting in the waiting area on every service visit, almost every customer complained about wait time. Disappointing!
Exactly the dealer relationship I wanted. - mnementh121
I purchased a used Volt this week. Dale Williams was a very inviting salesman and the team there worked together to give us a comfortable experience. I love my new car and I left feeling like I received a respectable deal I will not question in the years I drive this car to follow. I enjoyed the less than aggressive sales experience and the time that was taken to show us the benefits of this car which will live with us for quite some time. I look forward to visiting again for service appointments.
We lived in Elizabeth, Pa. for many years and we dealt... - jmerlin
We lived in Elizabeth, Pa. for many years and we dealt with Speney Chevrolet for most of those years, i even bought a Silverado SS while stationed in Afghanistan and Frank kept it there while I was there. We bought and leased many cras and trucks from there as we had teenagers we bought cars for. Service was great they came to the house or work and picked up the vehicles and serviced them and returned them. Frank and staff and his father who started the dealership in the 50's were excellent, treated us like family. I know Frank has also supported the local fire dept's. I have even considered buying from them after moving back to Michigan in 05.
