Buying a new vehicle has never been so easy, so affordable, or so stress free. Edwin Caldwell and Kim Danchulis took all the weight off my shoulders when I stepped into the dealership. I sat down and enjoyed snacks and drinks while they handled everything else. I really did feel like family and always do when I am there. I was in the dealership on 4-22-17 for the 15,000 mile service on my 2016 Rav4 and Ana Santos was great to work with. However, as I was about to leave the dealership I had a question with regard to my CD player in my vehicle so I went back in and met Curtis Underwood, a new salesman. This is my third vehicle purchased with Leith Toyota and I typically deal with Anthony Williams, who is no longer there. However, Curtis answered my question and then began talking with me about looking at the new 2017 Rav4. I was not planning on purchasing a new one at this time. However, he ended up showing me a 2017 Rav4 in the color I was admiring but wasn't planning on purchasing. After going over the car's upgrades, etc. I reconsidered and ended up purchasing the 2017 RAV4. I am very happy so far. And Mr. Stanley Jones who also ends up closing my deals was instrumental in great care on my contracts, etc.

Issue 1 - vibration/rattle in front of car. Was not detected by technician on last visit and it continued to get worse. This visit it was quickly identified as a loose skirt under the bumper and was fixed properly while we went to the show across the street (a real convenience for customers who prefer not to wait at dealership).
Issue 2 - Power Brake Service light came on vehicle. Had to order part which came in within the two days predicted. Tech turned off trouble light so it wouldn't keep popping up until the new part was installed. Completed in two hours instead of the projected half day. We really appreciated the fast repair time.
Fantastic car purchase experience - Audi R8 - GB - New York
From the moment I inquired, Chase Winslow was quick to respond and answered EVERY question I had. I was picked up at the airport, given tour of the showroom and then shown the car (Audi R8) - - which looked even better in person than the pictures and Chase's description. It be a bit unnerving buying a six figure car sight unseen on the internet....but NOT with Lamborghini Carolinas. I'd recommend them to anyone in a hearbeat. In fact - I can't wait to buy another one from them when the time comes!!

Looking for car while working full-time and with a one-year old is NOT fun, but I was able to work with Mark Bowman and the wonderful Julie Chasse at Leith Chrysler Jeep in Raleigh. This is the second Jeep we have purchased from Julie and the Leith family. I was able to call Julie and tell her exactly what I wanted, we traded a few calls on Wednesday and Thursday, I met them early on Friday and walked out the door before 10:00am with a brand new fully-loaded 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Limited!
