I walk in for a used truck hrs later I walked out with a 2017 Dodge ram,my only problem was that it was sold and told to me that it was Bluetooth ready,after several days I noticed it didn't have bluetooth.now that sucks,the aux sucks .so I'm wondering now will they put on in my truck since it was told and sold to me as having it.

My fiancé and I had been looking to buy a SUV, and had our mind set on a Durango. We didn't get the Durango, but our salesman, Donald Bentley, introduced us to the 2017 Dodge Journey. At first the Journey was out of the question( for me anyway). But Donald refused the let us leave unsatisfied. Long story short we bought the Journey, and Donald made it so easy!! We've had our SUV for about 3 weeks now and we're in LOVE! I highly recommend Athens Dodge, not only Donald but the whole staff was AWESOME! We will be purchasing our future cars from them.

A couple of days ago i stopped at the five star dealership in Warner Robins, Ga. to look at cars. I had several in mind and Martin Keefe a sales rep helped me. He was very polite upbeat and helpful. He was not pushy at all. He listened to what i wanted and showed me a couple of cars but I wasn't sure of the make or model i wanted. I gave him several car models i wanted to test drive and he said he would try to find several for me to look at and if he couldn't find or get the car I wanted that he would set up appointments for me to look at the cars with their other dealerships near by. He spent about 45 minutes with me and said he would call when he found something i might be interested in. Well, he called today and said he was just checking in with me, that he had not found anything yet but was expecting some new cars in and that the 2018 models would be in next month sometime. This is my first experience with a car salesman that actually listen to what i wanted and not trying to sell me something they just had on the lot. I am impressed with Martin Keefe. He was professional and knew details on several makes and models to include other non Chrysler products. He was a delight to work with and i look forward to seeing Martin Keefe again for purchasing my new car. I am in no rush and Martin is not rushing me and looking for my perfect car. So glad he was my sales person. If you are looking for someone who cares about what you want and not someone who is just selling you something that may not be the perfect car for you, you should ask for Martin Keefe. He's honest, dedicated and will search to find the right car or vehicle for you and if he can't find it he will help you build the car of your dreams. call Martin Keefe you will be glad you did. He's great and I can't say enough good things about him.
Unfathomable poor service Dept and leadership - Duel Damesworth
Well, I'm not one to rant but here it goes. Lake Keowee Dodge in Seneca has completely destroyed my faith in competent people working in their service dept as well as their General manager Mark Williams. This is going to be LONG, but it's why I am now showing where NOT to go:
I purchased my truck with them in Nov 16. The fender flares were coming off due to needing new 3m tape. This was noted at the time of sale and they agreed to fix. Took back the next week for them to replace, the next day "it is finished". When I arrived to p/u my truck, I noticed cement overflowing onto the paint and on the flares. They tried to squeeze contact cement into the gaps and created a mess to say the least. I got the service manager and he agreed it was uncalled for and unacceptable but would fix. While talking with him, we noticed a "ring" on my hood, from the contact cement can that was sat on the hood. He agreed to repair all. I asked if I could upgrade the flares and I would pay the difference. That was agreed on and when I picked my truck up, the new flares were on. 7 mos later, in Aug, while removing the upgraded flares, which are wider than the factory flares, I noticed the paint damage from their previous attempt to remove the cement and old flares and remaining adhesive that was not removed. I took it back to the dealership and everyone was "speechless that something like that was done". I was told to bring it back Sept -6. Meantime, I made a trip to Tn and noticed a water leak inside my truck. The back seat was soaked. This was brought up when I dropped the truck off on the 6th. I was told they had a general idea of leak causes with that truck and would fix before the up coming Hurricane hit then send it to the body shop for fender damage repair. The leak was not fixed before sending to the body shop on the 7th. I was assured on the 8th that while the body shop was behind and could not get to my truck that it was "inside out of harms way withe the leak and hurricane coming". On the 13th I called the dealer ship and was told the body shop was still behind and "rest assured the truck was still indoors". I stopped by the body shop and talked with them. My truck was sitting out in their lot, where it has sat since the 7th. They didn't know what to do to the truck since whoever dropped it off didn't know what needed to be done. They were busy and forgot it was out there. The windows of my truck were solid moisture from being wet inside and sitting in the sun. I call Mark Williams the General Manager again and explain my displeasure. He agreed and assured me AGAIN he would get this taken care of. I get the call that the truck is fixed. I stop by last night to p/u the truck. The only fender flare they removed was scrapped, scratched, and gouged and the other 3 fenders were not repaired. I call Mr. Williams again. He returned my call this morning and told me that "He was done with my truck since they keep damaging it and would not be repairing it anymore, come get it", and hung up.
Sale person Brian O connor, I think was his name, has been the only pleasant experience I have had with this dealership. That has just been one issue, i took it in to have it serviced and was called back 3 hrs after and told they needed to replace a fuse that was removed during service.
Can't fathom how they are still in business or why I never read any complaints before buying from them. This was not even a major problem to start with, just a little elbow grease. Now it's attorney time I suppose...

Really disappointed in this dealership they claimed that southern honesty but instead I was lied to and given the run around. I bought a used car from this dealership and when I got home the oil was leaking and had to take the car to another dealership to get fixed. Then they lost my second key. I was told it was in the mail but it never showed up. Every time I called I was given another name of who to talk to and was told it was lost in the mail and sorry charlie.

Terrible service department - Jeep
Worst service department ever! I ordered a spare key when I purchased my Jeep and had to call 3 separate times because no one could identify the order for the key! Was told twice they would call me right back and I had to call the next day...to then talk to another person who had no clue what was going on. When I finally made an appointment to get the key programmed to my car they told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at 9 am for my appointment and 2 hours later I asked how much longer and they told me 30 more minutes. They said the amount of time they told me was based on when they started working on the car and it didn't matter that I made an appointment because they had other cars to service before mine.

I purchased a car recently from this dealership that I am very pleased with. However, due to the service and overall experience with this dealership, I wished I could take it back. First of all, when I purchased the car they slipped an gap insurance and an extended warranty in on me without asking, on a car that had a 100,000 mile warranty with 17k on it, 2 years old. I understand it was partially my fault for not reading completely over the contract while there. However, when you are at a dealership for over three hours, you are just ready to go. I think this dealership took advantage of that. A week later I called to cancel both. Once it was finally cancelled I was told it could be up to a month before I received the check. A month later I called and was told that only the extended warranty had been cancelled and that it would be another before they received the gap. A month later I called back and was told they had it and that it would go out on Tuesday. I live in the same state as this dealership by the way. So a week later and no check I call back and am told that "they just got so busy" and that it would be in the mail the next day. Sure takes a lot of effort to put a check in the mail. Anyways I finally get the check over three months later. $3400 worth of charges for services that I didn't even get asked that if I wanted them. Needless to say I cannot recommend them.

I have been purchasing my company cars from Milton Ruben for many years. Love the jeep hate the service. I was assured this time would be different if I gave them another chance. It's not. Negative devise advisor. Quick to tell you what the can't do. Never stating they will do all they can. Stuck on "appointments " cars do not make one prior to breaking down. I travel and they could care less if I miss work due to this. Will not commit to when they will even look at the car. Not shocked. They will never change!
