My husband and I highly recommend Ford of Clermont sales agent Kenny Mleczko. I contacted this dealership thru the internet. Ken immediately contacted me and provided me his cell number plus listened to our needs and adjusted them thru our many changes. I explained that we were not only looking at Ford of Clermont but we were also looking at other dealerships across the state. Ken's timely follow-up each day is what kept us in the loop with Ford of Clermont. We knew what we wanted! Ken was able to find the exact same truck and was able to beat the competitor's price. I have been reluctantly coming to prestige for service on my new ford trucks, i've had four. This was the dealer closet to my area. I am only speaking of the service department in this review, not sales. Every time i bring my truck in for a known mechanical issue it's like pulling teeth to get them to service it under my premium warranty. This last time was it, I will never again set foot in that joke of a service department. My 2014 F150 ecoboost is my latest headache, my truck is suffering from a stretched timing belt that rattles and grinds upon a cold start, it has done this off and on for months and finally the rattle and grind happened daily last week. I am very hesitant to bring my vehicle there, because they always have it for a week minimum. This would be tsb14-0194 ( i found the exact same noise on multiple videos on google).The Service manager failed to diagnose the 4 days they had it this time and basically sent me on my way with no solution. Chuck was the service managers name, and because of his lack of concern for the health of my vehicle, i removed it from their shop.
