The car buying process can be tedious and tiring, but not so with the Village Ford team! The team makes you feel like a part of an extended family rather than a number. The team ensures the highest quality experience from start to finish and ensures that you are satisfied with your new vehicle. I would highly recommend the team at Village to handle everything from sales to finance to service!

Outstanding Salesmanship - Bri
This dealership is far beyond my expectations of a car dealership. Everyone there was happy, pleasant and very knowledgeable. They went beyond my wishes on a vehicle and delivered on all my needs. I can't say enough about how this dealership treats you like family and the whole process was pleasurable. Calvin Reed was our salesman and we enjoyed every moment with him. Make this dealership a part of your family too, as we have. They will treat you with respect and quality. We dealt with Johnathan, Calvin and Anthony, and the whole dealership was great. My boyfriend and I both bought vehicles there at the same time. We will not trade anywhere else after our experience here. Priscilla Goins and Dennis Shivok

Quick and friendly experience - John Mattison
Being in our seventies, my wife and I hated having to go through the typical 4-5 hours at a car dealership to buy another car. Our salesman, Ken, greeted us right away as we started looking at the new cars on the lot. We explained that we were looking for a car similar to the leased Chevy Impala we were turning in. Ken showed us the Ford Taurus, but we said we did not want one with all the fancy electronics on it. Ken found exactly what we were looking for at another Ford dealership. We came back the next day, test drove it and decided to buy it. Then Ken surprised us by offering to follow us to the Chevy dealer to turn in the leased car while the finance papers were being prepared to save us time. Ken even scrapped off the bar code, E-pass sticker and removed our plate while I was in turning in the car. Well done Ken!
