I was in the market for a pre-owned Honda CRV and I messaged North Coast online. Trent Saylor promptly contacted me with info and answered questions I had. He was able to hold the car for me with a deposit until I was able to come in. That same day, I came in and Trent was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I test drove the CRV and then came to an agreement on the CRV terms and on my trade-in price. I feel the price on both sides was fair and am very happy with the CRV. The entire process was simple, efficient and quick. I don't think anyone noticed (including myself) that the rear wiper arm & blade were missing from the CRV, so when I got home I messaged Trent about it, and he got with his manager to get the parts ordered and they're going to ship the parts out to my home. So even after the sale, Trent did what it took to solve the problem. Other than that, the only other thing I had to do was get the brake discs cleaned, but that kind of stuff is to be expected with a pre-owned vehicle. I had my mechanic check out the CRV the next day and he said it's an excellent vehicle. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend Trent Saylor and the rest of the staff to anyone looking for pre-owned vehicles. The CRV is exactly what I wanted and in the color I wanted. Thanks again.

I recently sent to this dealship for the 2nd time after my accident. The first experience was great with David and Dawn. I didn't expect to go back so soon but David really gave me and my husband the tough love and knowledge we needed to close the deal. But Art was the most pleasant. During the frustration and exhaustion of car shopping Art sooth us with his own unfortunate story that basically let us know they were people to not just looking to close a deal but to help any way possible. They defiantly help in ways others dealers did not. Dave was the muscle and Art was the heart. Also I want to include Brandon as well. I really appreciate it.

Don Sitts did a great job for me. They looked for and found an ideal car for me. I wanted a low miles sedan that was only a few years old. The 2014 Camry XLE had all of the options I was looking for. Don's team did not put any pressure on me to buy and they let me take it for an overnight test drive. After I decided that I wanted the Camry, they gave me a fair price and arranged financing for me at a low rate. Jason was knowledgeable and friendly as he explained all of the loan documents to me.
They made me a very fair offer on my trade in, which saved me the hassle of trying to sell it on my own out of my driveway or on a website.

We were looking for a CR-V for our daughter and I was fortunate to see a certified pre-owned one at Jay's online. It was going to me my daughter's first car purchase and she knew it was the one she wanted as she had driven one closer to home but was looking for one with lower miles. Rick Kwiecien reached out to me right away and was so easy to talk to. We had phone and text conversations as I was out of town for a week for work then leaving to attend a family reunion. Rick knew my daughter wanted the car, but it was a matter of us being out of town. He didn't want to see my daughter miss the opportunity either and actually put the car on hold with a deposit until we could get there and purchase it! I don't know anyone else who would have done that! We went to Jay's yesterday morning and finally met Rick who was as wonderful in person as he was on the phone. The purchase was made and Joe Russo was fantastic at getting the best rate for my daughter and a payment she felt very comfortable with. They went above and beyond and my daughter is now driving an SUV she absolutely loves and still can't believe it's hers! Hi I originally went to the Parma branch on brookpark my original care salesman was mike I work days and get off at nights and they closed at 8 so I only had very little time on my hands to come in the dealership which is why I did everything over the phone
Mike assured me that my credit had been ran and I only had 400 to put down and he accepted it and I said I was approved and to come in to pick out a vehicle once I got there the gm Jeremy told me I wasn't approved for anything and if I wanted a car come back with a higher down payment so I came back with the higher down payment and and they did put me in a 2007 Saturn aura I like the car the second day of me having the car they said it was a problem with them verifying my employment my manager from my job spoke bad about me and said I had lied about employment wages and commission and pay stubs jd byrider sent over my pay stubs without permission to my job for verification which your not suppose to do they the third day my car was repossessed and they told me I couldn't keep the car any longer I called for my money back since I only had the car for 3 days they said they couldn't give me something they didn't have and that I didn't show up on their system but my account was short 500 dollars never go their cars are expensive and not worth it they lie and the experiment wasn't good if u on your way keep going go anywhere else please listen!!

Sold us a car that he said was a good car and deal. Brake line needed replace and transmission went out after 5 weeks of having it, if you buy from them make sure you have a second party look at the vehicle.

This dealer lied to me about fixing my car. All he did was reset the computer. These people are breaking the law. I honestly didn't want to give the one star. This place is a total ripoff and Joe is an hibitual liar. I purchased a SUV from this place. On the test drive it was a bit shakey. I questioned the suspension, andJoe told me this car had a new engine, wheel bearings, control arms, and struts. I thought to myself get it checked. I drove the following day door wouldn't open, nor would the window come down. Returned it to masters that day to have it fixed. I wait there for two hours, and joe returned my car saying it's fixed. They very next day the window stops working again. I'm on my way to work, and I'm pulled over by Solon police. The officer satates I have no taillights at all, and tickets me. I'm driving along after my traffic stop, and the steering wheel starts to shake terribly. The service stability track light comes on, tire monitor, engine hot a/c off, and service engine. I take the car to have codes read, and it said EGR valve sensor $38, thermostat $28 wheel speed control sensors (which are located on the wheel bearing he said he fixed) $40 a piece, and Brake control sensors. Not to mention upper, and lower control arms. I called Joe very upset because these were all the same things he stated was new! Now mind you I'm no rookie so I made sure to record every encounter I've had with this dealership. I wanted my own personal record of his statements to me, and my own record of the shady deal. I called Joe he said bring the car back and he would fix it. He once again assured me that he replaced these items and didn't know what was going on. Joe kept my car for a week!! My brother is a retired certified mechanic. It doesn't take a week to fix these items. After a week I called Joe, and he said my car was fixed, and at the car lot. I arrive at the car lot, and now he's got a new deal for me! Instead of the initial $12,00 he was charging for the car its now $7,000, and he assures me again that my car is fixed. I thought my car was in a shop, or at least at the lot as he stated... Nope! My car was sitting in some backyard mechanic driveway on W.44!!! I drive off car runs ok steering wheel still shakey. After one week the dash is lit like a Christmas tree! I take my car into midas, and wouldn't you know none of the xxxx he said he fixed was replaced! All parts have serial numbers, and codes. Well when I took it to midas the firsr time to have the codes read the mechanic stored them in his computer. When I returned the car to him because I'm having the same problem. He reads the codes, then look at the parts, and tell me to get a lawyer!!!! The guy from midas told me that these were the very same got xxxx parts, and The only thing Joe did to my car was reset the computer to blank out the trouble codes!!!! I didn't even bother to call JOE! I called the attorney general, the better business bureau, and thank God my job offers legal sheild, and I'm meeting with an attorney 9/15/16 at 3:30pm. I made copies of the original deal for my records. Thank God! I faxed the paperwork as well as all the audio recordings of he full blown lies, as well as the part comparison print out from midas to the BBB, and attorney general! I'm now seeking damages, as well as my money back. I'm also going to fight to have this place closed for fraudulent business. I wanted so bad to believe this man because he seemed so sincere, and genuine. I'm so glad my dad didn't raise no fool, and was taught its always good to have proof! This is a shame... I just needed a steady stable running vehicle in the guidelines of the law! If Joe couldn't accommodate that he should've sent me about my way!! Please steer clear of this place, and I'm taking the necessary steps to have this business shut down. Mind you I haven't had my car over 30 days. It's been in the shop 4 times! Twice returned to him, and twice to midas. The attorney general's office, and my legal shield attorney informed me that more than twice in 30 days for the same problem violates the lemon law! People you don't have to take this! Do your research, and hold these people accountable for their actions!! What they are doing is against the law!!

I bought a car from them last year in July. Engine went a couple weeks later, mind you I was in Michigan so I was stranded. They towed it back and the car protection plan covered the engine. They tried to get me to pay for some of it but I refused my engine should have not blown in just a couple weeks. So after that all my censor lights start popping on. I had to get multiple repairs haven't enjoyed my vehicle since purchased. I have over 10 invoices. Fast forward I took my car back in because my break light fault light, my check engine light, air bag fault, etc keeps coming on. They supposedly repaired it I drive off lot and all the lights come back on, wires are visible under my steering wheel, my front lights and fog lights are out. I tell them and they act like they have an attitude. So I just decide to take it to another mechanic this week, and behold my "brand new" engine they supposedly put in my car last August is blown again because of bad damage within, so I am without an vehicle. I called all week and no answer, left voicemail messages and no call back. Never buy a vehicle from this company. They are liers and scammers!!! And mind you my vehicle is a 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan with only 81,000 miles on it!!! I put down 2000 and pay 420 a month.
