Donna Lee is the best salesperson ever - Cspears1958
Donna Lee of Phillips Cheverlet was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with she was nice, courteous, and showed concerns for my needs. Because of her patience and understanding my needs I'm the proud owner of a 2017 Chevy Malibu.
Thanks again Donna
Excellent selection and wonderful people! - Edward Schmidl
Joe Luque was outstandingly helpful in working with my daughter and I as we purchased her first new car. Phillips has an excellent selection of vehicles, and Joe worked with us to find the best option while staying within our budget. I highly recommend this dealership and Joe as a saleperson!

Mom hasn't had a newer car in years. Went in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to all family and friends.
Thank you Zach! - Traversemama
We were in need of a vehicle with 3rd row seating after adding a new baby to our family. We weren't sure how much we could afford to spend or get approved for. Zach quickly showed us 3 reasonably priced vehicles and we fell in love with the very first one he had us test drive. We are absolutely happy with our Traverse and the process of getting approved for financing was hassle and stress free thanks to the staff!
My experience at Chevy Advantage was extremely spectacular - Omar Montano
Well let me start by saying that I always have a great experience at this dealership. The staff is always friendly and I'm greeted with a smile all the time. I have been treated like family since day one. They have excellent customer service. They are truly committed into providing professional service and clearly shows because I always come back to them when in need of a vehicle. My salesman Ernie Jimenez has always provided me with great assistance.
I came in to purchase a brand new 2017 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 that I had seen on the internet because they had the best price. Ernie brought in the paperwork and after reviewing my options we came to an agreement and signed and moved on to finance. My finance manager was Mark Brown he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. After some small talk found out we shared similar experience as far as work. He had once done my job as a railroader. He had some great stuff to tell me about his experience as a railroader. After our conversation mark brown provided me with exceptional service and got me to finance my vehicle with ease.
I would definitely recommend this dealership To anyone that wants to purchase or lease a vehicle and wants to be treated as family.
Great Experience - A. Kaye
Lombardi Chevy is a local dealership and when I was looking for a used car, I knew right where to go. I had a number in mind and knew what I could afford monthly and I ended up purchasing a 2007 Buick lacrosse and my payment ended up being lower than I had anticipated. By the time I got to the dealership all my paperwork was done and ready to go and all I had to do was sign and drive. It was simple, easy and hassle-free thanks to my salesman Jim. I have since come back for service on my vehicle and am very pleased with Ed the service manager who actually puts forth the effort to address every question or concern. I will only come to Lombardi Chevy. I support small business' and my community.

Lies,lies,lies just to get commission - Carlitos123
Worst customer service by far! Manager of used car has the worst way of speaking with customers and coaches his sell men to lie to make a sell and comission. At the end the general manager Art had to get involved and we are in hopes of fixing our vehicle I do not recommend buying a used car from this dealer.
They lost the keys - Happy customer
I had been looking at a used Cadillac SRX on cars.com for months. I watched it as the price dropped from an initial list price of $23,000 clear to $15,000. I live in Indianapolis and so it was going to be a three hour drive to Chicago to see the car. I had my financing ready through my local bank. I was prepared to drive to Chicago, check in hand, and buy this vehicle - pending any major issues or surprises with the vehicle. I called on Tuesday to express my interest in coming to see the car. An appointment was made for me for Saturday afternoon. I was told to call back Friday and again Saturday before I left, to confirm the vehicle was still available. I did just that. I called part way into the drive to Chicago Saturday. They confirmed the vehicle was available and we continued on our way. I received a call back about 10 minutes later, telling me which salesperson to ask for. He told me he had 32 years experience and would handle me with "kid gloves" whatever that meant. He also wanted to know if I'd be paying cash or financing. Another 15 minutes passed and I received another call. This time they were calling to tell me they didn't have a key for the vehicle and wouldn't be able to show it to me today. By this point I was an hour into my drive to Chicago. They claimed another salesperson took the key home with him and they couldn't reach him. They said they would have the key back Monday. Of course I work Monday and I'm already an hour into my drive. They offered to look for another Cadillac SRX at one of their other dealerships. It was $3000 more and had twice the miles. I declined. They told me the one I was looking at had a flat the night before and that's when the salesperson must have taken the key. They then claimed that that was probably why the price was so low, because the car likely had lots of little problems. I never wound up going there. It turned out to be quite fortunate, as I found the perfect car at a dealership close to home. However, the whole experience was quite frustrating. They knew I was coming all week. They had my contact info. I had an appointment scheduled. They still managed to be missing the only key the day that I was scheduled to see the car. Could have been a sincere mistake (although I think a dealership should be more organized than that) but I wonder if it wasn't a bait and switch as they offered to show me 2 or 3 other cars that of course cost more.
Best salesperson - pcarstensen1
Nik Fischer goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy. Months after I purchased my car he remembered me, helped me with a service issue and made certain that everything was completed in a timely manner. I can't thank him enough for his attention to detail. Sincerely, Phyllis Carstensen
Unprofessional - GraffsAreCool
When we walked in early evening, it was a ghost town. And we soon realized why. Gee, was the first employee to greet us. We discussed my interest and he showed us the lot of what is availible. There were 3 cars to my interest. None the color i preferred. He asked whoch of the three i liked the best and he was "working" numbers on that one "because they want to sell whats on their lot before looking elsewhere" fine. He brought us the first offer and said "lets cut to the chase" this number was rediculous. They didnt want to budge mutch after that.. i was approved but ended up walking away and purchasing the same vehicle but in the color i wanted at a different dealer in the area, for a MUCH better price.
Horrible - Eddie13
They did whatever they can to sell me and extended warranty and now that the car is in there with a problem they won't help fix the situation
