Long time since buying new - Mary65
Ramping made us feel comfortable and at ease. We were just checking out the Equinox as we were searching for small SUV for traveling as I will retire soon. The deal was so good we didn't want to wait to 2018 to buy a 2018

Best Experience at a car Dealership Ever - MandJ
This was the first brand new car we have bought in well over fifteen years. We worked with Freddy Pantoja and Ryan Sitter and they were both fantastic to work with. Freddy was great to deal with and helped us seamlessly through the process. Ryan gave us the best advice ever given in a car dealership and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. Definitely one of the best dealerships we have been to!
Ruby Williams experience at Phillip Auto Group of Bradley - GrandmaRuby
I am an ex business woman of Kankakee for many years. I recently purchased a new car from Phillips Chevrolet of Bradley. My experience with them was great!! The salesperson, Victor Irven, and his manager, Ricky Agheyisi, was very courteous and polite. They worked very hard with me so I can get the car that I really liked and that is something that I will never forget! It took a lot of time, patience and concern. The point to all of this is that they never gave up on me. So in return, my appreciation goes out to all those who was involved in making it happen for me. I can say thank you Phillips Chevrolet. You certainly have great staff and that is what it takes to make a good team. That is the key to success!! To the public, if anyone out there that may be looking forward to purchase a new or used car...why not make Phillips Chevrolet you're first stop! They certainly put their customer first!! I can say 'You go Phillips Chevrolet. Your the best!' I wish them many blessings in their success.
Chris is incredible - hornung45
Had an awesome experience shopping at this dealership. Getting a first car can be stressful and confusing but Chris was great at finding exactly what I was looking for and getting me into an awesome car that I already love. If you shop at this location and get a chance to work with Chris you will not be disappointed. He's definitely one of the best out there and deserves a huge raise. Thanks again
Great Experience - A. Kaye
Lombardi Chevy is a local dealership and when I was looking for a used car, I knew right where to go. I had a number in mind and knew what I could afford monthly and I ended up purchasing a 2007 Buick lacrosse and my payment ended up being lower than I had anticipated. By the time I got to the dealership all my paperwork was done and ready to go and all I had to do was sign and drive. It was simple, easy and hassle-free thanks to my salesman Jim. I have since come back for service on my vehicle and am very pleased with Ed the service manager who actually puts forth the effort to address every question or concern. I will only come to Lombardi Chevy. I support small business' and my community.
We ordered a new 2018 Traverse at Apple Chevrolet in Tinley - ptanut
We ordered a new 2018 Traverse at Apple Chevrolet in Tinley Park, IL. Our sales associate, Kevin McGrail, was very helpful and patient with us discussing the various trim levels and options. He explained how to obtain the perfect vehicle with all the bells and whistles we desired without spending more on features not important to us (i.e. sunroof). When we arrived to pick up the vehicle and complete the sale, Kevin was assisting another customer (no surprise - he's great as we already knew). He greeted us and explained he would be with us shortly. He also gave us the keys and asked us to look at the vehicle and even take a test drive if desired. After finishing the other sale, he joined us and answered any questions we had. While it was getting closer to closing time, both Kevin and Chet (the finance associate) finished the sale without making us feel rushed. Kevin even stayed almost an hour late to go over the vehicle, explain various functions, and answer more questions. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new car and understood how everything works. Looking for a vehicle - SEE KEVIN!
Easy to work with - esoff
The car buying experience was exceptional. No high pressure sales person trying to sell you anything on the lot. Pete Surd is a pro, and his manager Ron Gale made the transaction fast and easy.
Great customer service. Friendly staff. - MikeT

new sonic chevrolet - Jim and Donna
A great place to do business! My wife and I have purchased three automobiles from this dealership. The reasons we purchase here are our satisfaction with both the sales and service departments. Dan Biegel and staff are friendly and attentive. we will continue to do business here.
Does not stand behind their product - Leighann1645
Very dissapointes. This Wasn't our first time at Dralle but the vehicle we purchased last week from them definitely was our last. The car needs repairs that cost as much as we paid and they don't care
Not what I expected! So much better! - jimrhughes
I do not like buying a car. After 12 years my wife and I needed a new car. I called Chevy of Homewood and spoke with Tina Lonkar. She was friendly, patient and understanding. She truly cared about my concerns. We went in the following evening. We were greeted by Mike Albright. I thought, "here we go". Unlike a vulture, he was friendly and welcoming. He brought us in and we talked about what we wanted as well as our concerns, doubts, and fears. There was never any pushy uncomfortable situations. We worked out a great deal. While waiting for the finance manager, Kelly Masco came over and kept us company with some great personal stories. Everything went smoothly. Kelly went over everything we needed to know and more. He helped us set-up technical stuff and made the transition easy. We drove away with smiles and for the first time did not feel buyers remorse.
False promises - Nlocascio72
Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn
Stay away from this dealer. They will call you day and night to sell you a car, then after the deal is done and they have promised you certain things they will not respond to your emails, your phone calls or anything. I sent emails and left voice messages to the salesman, the used car manger and also the general manager with no response to fix the problem. They are all typical car salesman cheats and crooks, please beware and don't fall for their lies.
Takes unauthorized liberties with credit - nosale123
After being pre-qualified through a finance company prior to shopping for a used vehicle, one of my selections was at Hawk Chevy, a 2012 Malibu. So I specifically went to Hawk to look at that vehicle. When I arrived there, a salesman was outside to greet me, and I told him my intentions. He suggested to check out some other vehicles and that I may be qualified for better financing. I agreed. So I test drove a Cruze and the payment was within my budget. I was trading in my car as my down payment so I wasn't putting any money down. He said the financing was through Ally Bank, GM's main finance company I signed the papers, and shook the salesman's hand like we had a deal. Ten minutes later he comes back and says the financing didn't go through and that I had to put $2000 down which wasn't going to happen. So minutes passed and he came back suggesting a couple other cars. I test drove a newer Malibu with a cracked windshield and some noise coming from the transmission. There was also an Equinox I was shown but never drove that I might consider but wasn't high on the list. Payments were too high. Now the salesman's getting agitated. He points out a Kia Optima. I told him I was a Chevy guy. As we walked around the lot, we passed by the car that I originally came to see. He says he wasn't going to sell me that car. So I never drove it nor did he ever get the keys. So during this entire time, whatever cars he thought he had me roped into, the inquiry for financing is going out to whomever they deal with without my knowledge. Not one approved me for credit. So during the past 3 weeks, I've received 10 denial letters of credit from 5 banks, but only one letter from Ally bank they said they deal with. I received 3 letters from one bank with 3 different loan amounts, and 2 letters each from 3 other banks. If an agreement was for only the Cruze, why were so many inquiries put in for others I never agreed on or authorized? So now I have 10 hard inquiries on my credit report. The funny thing is that they had a potential sale with pre-qualified credit if they would have shown me the car I originally went in for. I guess the commission or profit wasn't enough. If anyone asks me what dealerships I could recommend to buy a car, I will first tell them where not to go.
Go Somewhere else!!!! - AlwaysOnTilt
Will never go there again. Constantly lied to then kept getting a completely different vehicle down my throat. Stay away from here. Overall I'm sure Brandon is good but the sales and finance managers really ruined what should have been an easy sale for him. Get out of there Kid. There are better places to work
They lost the keys - Happy customer
I had been looking at a used Cadillac SRX on cars.com for months. I watched it as the price dropped from an initial list price of $23,000 clear to $15,000. I live in Indianapolis and so it was going to be a three hour drive to Chicago to see the car. I had my financing ready through my local bank. I was prepared to drive to Chicago, check in hand, and buy this vehicle - pending any major issues or surprises with the vehicle. I called on Tuesday to express my interest in coming to see the car. An appointment was made for me for Saturday afternoon. I was told to call back Friday and again Saturday before I left, to confirm the vehicle was still available. I did just that. I called part way into the drive to Chicago Saturday. They confirmed the vehicle was available and we continued on our way. I received a call back about 10 minutes later, telling me which salesperson to ask for. He told me he had 32 years experience and would handle me with "kid gloves" whatever that meant. He also wanted to know if I'd be paying cash or financing. Another 15 minutes passed and I received another call. This time they were calling to tell me they didn't have a key for the vehicle and wouldn't be able to show it to me today. By this point I was an hour into my drive to Chicago. They claimed another salesperson took the key home with him and they couldn't reach him. They said they would have the key back Monday. Of course I work Monday and I'm already an hour into my drive. They offered to look for another Cadillac SRX at one of their other dealerships. It was $3000 more and had twice the miles. I declined. They told me the one I was looking at had a flat the night before and that's when the salesperson must have taken the key. They then claimed that that was probably why the price was so low, because the car likely had lots of little problems. I never wound up going there. It turned out to be quite fortunate, as I found the perfect car at a dealership close to home. However, the whole experience was quite frustrating. They knew I was coming all week. They had my contact info. I had an appointment scheduled. They still managed to be missing the only key the day that I was scheduled to see the car. Could have been a sincere mistake (although I think a dealership should be more organized than that) but I wonder if it wasn't a bait and switch as they offered to show me 2 or 3 other cars that of course cost more.
You'd think they'd prepare for a recall ... - Ray Klump
My mom's 2017 Spark had a recall. We were given a date when they would start taking appointments, and we made one. That was July 24. It is now August 8, and they still aren't done with it. They didn't order the parts ahead of time, then they broke something when they finally got the parts, and now there is a mechanic's strike, so they can't fix what they broke. Total incompetence. I liked the sales experience; the service department, however, has convinced me that I will never buy a car from there again.
Horrible - Eddie13
They did whatever they can to sell me and extended warranty and now that the car is in there with a problem they won't help fix the situation
