We had a difficult time deciding between the Kia Optima we purchased and another make/model. The salesman, Thomas May, was very understanding about our decision making process, and didn't rush us through it. He didn't force a different year or options package on us just because they had one on their lot as many dealers do. Thomas was very knowledgeable and patient with us, which was one of the reasons we drove over an hour back to Swift instead of a closer dealership. Every employee we dealt with was great. Price was right too of course.

No pressure to buy , a fair deal, and the salesman waited for me to ask about a car instead of attaching like a vulture. When I was ready to ask questions and test drive the vehicle that I purchased he was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I also want to give Ken the sales manager a good review also. It is to early for me to comment on the service department but I hope they match the sales staff.

Bought a new fantastic 2016 Kia Optima SXL. Elk Grove Kia and the sales staff were on point. Jeff And Karl handled business. April was the high point of the day, no bs or we need more money from her. She was awesome
