We had a difficult time deciding between the Kia Optima we purchased and another make/model. The salesman, Thomas May, was very understanding about our decision making process, and didn't rush us through it. He didn't force a different year or options package on us just because they had one on their lot as many dealers do. Thomas was very knowledgeable and patient with us, which was one of the reasons we drove over an hour back to Swift instead of a closer dealership. Every employee we dealt with was great. Price was right too of course.

Joe was super friendly, he didn't try to pressure me into buying anything unlike the Toyota dealership and that is one of the top reasons I bought my car from Kia. Joe was incredible honest and helpful, answered all of my questions, and even showed me how to work all of the features on my new car.
