We had a difficult time deciding between the Kia Optima we purchased and another make/model. The salesman, Thomas May, was very understanding about our decision making process, and didn't rush us through it. He didn't force a different year or options package on us just because they had one on their lot as many dealers do. Thomas was very knowledgeable and patient with us, which was one of the reasons we drove over an hour back to Swift instead of a closer dealership. Every employee we dealt with was great. Price was right too of course.

Jason was so helpful. There was a safety recall on my new 2017 Kia Sportage. I had my 2 year old grand baby with me for what I expected to be our first 5k mile service. He quickly got us in the waiting room with juice and a snack for the baby and quickly arranged a rental for me.... we were out and on our way that fast!

Our decision to buy a Kia started with discussing our options with Laurie. She introduced us to Jim and Michaela who handled it from that point on. We had found a model we were interested in via the website and they had it ready for us upon our arrival. The car specifics/features were explained before we took the test drive. Beautiful car - luxury ride! Financing was quick and painless. Kia even detailed the car for us before we took it home. They followed up with a few phone calls to make sure we were happy! I would not hesitate to shop here again! GREAT experience! (The available sales ladies even helped watch our five year old, so he didn't get bored or interrupt the process). GREAT TEAM!!!!
